We stayed in this hotel on our transfer through Slovakia. The location of the hotel is near a very busy street, that is used throughout whole night. And on the other side there is a factory - so forget about silence and windows cannot be kept open, so ventilation is quite poor. The rooms are quite small, pretty worn out. Bathrooms have seen their best days and would need fixing, also very limited amenities. The only bright point - breakfast. Was pretty wide choice - eggs, sausages, cereals, yoghurt, cheese, vegetables and fruit. So for a quick stay - might be but that is it. Also it is located quite far away from city center.

Hotel for transfer

Unfortunately there are only 1 hairdryer in the entire hotel for all the rooms.I think it s a bit ridiculous, since a hairdryer costs like 2euro on amazon, and you pay 60-70 euros for a night here...We didn't get shampoo either, you can *buy*it in the reception. :D
The staff was friendly and the breakfast was acceptable as well...(not for the price we paid though...)

Doesn't meet 3 star hotel requirements.

I stayed at this hotel for work for a few days. Let's just say it's pretty bad overall, breakfast is dirty, furniture is poor and needs refreshment. Thankfully the bathroom is great and the room is very clean.

Ugly but clean hotel

Do not go there.... 
They are in bussines with other facilities, to send them clients and they will charge you more money then you have booked...
Hope All Internet Sites exclude them from their offers...
Good luck... and May you have the good mind to choose any other facilities but Penzion Era and Hotel Garni.... two bussiness who only cheat their clients...

It shares the premises with a Chinese restaurant (in the lobby of the rooms on the second floor) has the advantage of being close to the center.

Near the center

- very simple hotel need a refurbisment
- bad location even if it is in city centre
- old rooms and furnutire
- bed is not comfortable
- poor breakfast
- staff is bored (I'm not suprised)
+ free car park which can be full very fast

The hotel is a short walk from the city centre, 7 minutes' walk from the train station, the building looks modern, the rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are modern, and the fridge is not available, but for 44 euros a two-bedroom can hardly be more expensive. The hotel has Czech and Chinese restaurants.

Hotel near the University

It's a cheap hotel in a neighborhood built in the style that's called Bati style. It's not far from the University, near the center of this small town. It's near the University Park, the Sweet Mall. It's nice, clean rooms. It's a nice breakfast for 4 euros. It's free WiFi.

Cheap hotel near the city centre

Ok i really don't get it why there are no 5 star ratings for this hotel. The hotel is 3 stars only but it provides like a 5 star one. The rooms are tidy, clean and mid sized. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is great, like you have cooked it at home. Its located in a quiet and peaceful  neighbourhood with a mountain behind it.

Will recommend it to future travellers in this city. 

Excellent hotel for 3 stars 

It's a small hotel in Zlina, where everything is convenient and thoughtful. The room is small but clean. A good bathroom, a comfortable bed, cleaning every day. The reception was met and placed very quickly, it was obvious what was waiting for. Breakfast is standard, not sure what, but enough. There are three restaurants in the hotel, and next to the hotel are a few other beers, where you can sit down and chat or have a snack. There is a wi-fi. In some rooms the music interfered with the flow of the evenings, apparently in the restaurant downstairs there was a disco. And every day. Some guests complained.
