A bit hard to find no signs only a little on the the door we were lucky to stay Sunday night and get a park right out the front with no charge if you leave by 10am Monday 
Gerade was a wonderful host and Breakfast was great.
The room was lovely very old fashion only issue were the towel so tiny needed 3 to dry yourself
This place was a 5 mom walk to town centre for dinner and shop
Highly recommended and good price

250 m from the Heroes' Square, so close to the centre. Old house full of charm. The owner is very hospitable. No parking problem (in March) Good old-fashioned comfort.

a very nice guest house

We mainly chose this for it's location! Other than that it really wasn't that great! The house is very old with very old furniture and decor, doors don't shut properly and the bed was uncomfortable. It states a kitchenette but a hotplate and no socket to plug in to in the bedroom, and an old fridge and microwave in the bathroom, was definitely not what we expected! The location was exactly what we wanted and everything was within walking distance. We wouldn't stay there again.

Nice enough but very old!

My wife and I decided to stay at Chambres d'hôtes Intra Muros when we were in Arras due to its location to the city centre and it’s reviews. We arrived at 6:30 pm (the hotel owner only greets you from 5 to 9 pm) warmly by our host Gerard and shown to our first floor room up a narrow staircase. This is an old house and is not accessible to mobility challenged patrons. Our room (sorry no number as the rooms are not labelled) was the first room at the top of the stairs. It was roomy and clean, and featured a small kitchenette with cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and full dish and glass set. I did not expect this and if I was staying longer than one night might have used it. 
The bed was large enough for the two of us, my wife initially thought it was a memory foam mattress like the one we had back home but it was just a over soft mattress. I found that the bed collapsed near the edges (where husbands always end up pushed to) and almost fell out a few times. It wasn't uncomfortable (depending on your firmness preference) and bed would have been fine for one in the centre, just not so great for two.

The hotel is close to the city centre square with lots of restaurants. None of which open before 7pm. So if you are not from France and are used to eating earlier, you are out of luck.
We found street parking directly in front of the hotel, our host told us that it was ok to park there till 10 am the next morning. The hotel lists that parking is available for 4€ per day nearby.
Breakfast was a nice continental with breads, meats, eggs, cheese and jams. More than satisfying. 
One more thing that is very important, the hotel does not accept credit cards and only accepts cash. Fortunately the room was only 80€ which I had but if I didn't, I would have been left scrambling to find an ATM.
The hotel (B&B) more than met our needs and if we find ourselves in Arras, we would not hesitate to stay again.

Booked this because I saw positive ratings, which I do not understand. The best things about the place are its location, being easy to find and the helpfulness of the owner. Nothing much positive after that.

Ok, but there must be better value in Arras

It's very close to the centre and easy to reach. It's great if you're travelling. It's a comfortable bed. It's basically a room in a house on the first floor with a bathroom.

Private house

This is a nice place with a friendly owner offering a good (by French standards) breakfast. We stayed in the room with the micro kitchen which if staying longer would enable preparation of simple meals yourself. The down side is the terrible terrible soft double bed. Not only was it small, but so soft and unsupportive that you had no choice but to sleep back to back due to the sag in the middle. Another gripe is that the bath had a shower attachment but no bracket on the wall. Showering with one hand holding the shower head is never fun thing. Arras is a lovely town and this place is very convenient for the city centre and train station. The rooms at the front overlook the train line. Ours was at the back and we didn't hear the trains. The front room might have train noise. We wouldn't stay again simply because of the dreadful bed. If you are single, then the bed might be just about passable. 

Nice place but terrible bed

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the top floor of the house. It was clean and fresh with quite a retro decor. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. The front bedroom had a table and chairs and the back bedroom had a sofa and a TV. There was also a bathroom and a small kitchenette. The front bedroom was a little noisy with a busy train line right in front of it. There was free wifi, which was a bonus with three grumpy children needing some chill out time on their iPads.

'Check in' was 5pm onwards and breakfast was at 8.30-9am in the dining room. All guests sat around the table, which is fine but was a bit difficult for us with one of our children being severely autistic and there being other guests at the table. There is also a small, but very friendly dog called Fatti who kept the children entertained during breakfast. Breakfast consisted of bread, ham, tea, hot chocolate, Nutella etc.

When we came to leave, payment had to be in cash, which we we not aware of and this had to be explained via the other guests who spoke some English. This was a little awkward as we had believed that we had already paid by card on the booking site, so make sure you take cash to pay for the room as there is no card machine.

The walk into the main square was around 400m, so very central. All in all, a good stop off for families visiting DLP with around a 2 hour drive to get to the parks.

Stop off en route to Disneyland Paris

The reception was really good quality, the setting was nice with this little overgrown side like a small museum. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The room was well equipped with quality comfort. In short, a very good guest room address with a good location in the city of Arras. So my stay with my daughter for the Main Square festival went perfectly well.
