We saw a doctor treating us for a suspicion from Wales because we have buttons all over our bodies when we leave your hotel.

Surprisingly, in 2019, there are social hotels of this kind in Paris.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We booked a 3 bedroom room however on arrival was allocated a 2 person room. The man on reception was very argumentative saying there is nothing that can be done. 
The hotel stinks from the moment you enter. The room was very run down. The shower hose holder was broken and a hazard. The bath was very dirty. 
The air conditioning in our room was hot working at all and it was 32+ degrees outside. It was like a sauna and the window would only open wide and not on the safety setting. We had to sleep with the window open like this and was we were on the first floor I was worried for our safety. 
The pillow was as rough as a brush. I had to sleep with clothes over the pillow case as it was so itchy and uncomfortable. 
On seeing the breakfast options I decided not to touch it. The cups and glasses were dirty so I didn’t even get a coffee or juice. There were lots of flies and the cakes and pastries looked very cheap. I didn’t trust how long they had been out. 


Disgusting, smelly, unhelpful

The environment is not suitable for women. Too many gay men. Harassment is pure. You feel uncomfortable as a woman and in the evening back to the hotel gets worse. Lying further away from Paris. Arrival at the hotel: 13.40, 20 minutes waiting time because it needs to be cleaned. Arrival in the room, no garbage can, in the bedroom a functioning table lamp. Lack of remote control for TV. You need a guide.

Not suitable for women

Stayed at Premier classe Paris for 1 night. The man at the recieption was very helpful and friendly. It is about 9 miles from the Eiffel tower a 30 minute tram and metro ride. Our door handle fell off inside so we had to fix it to get out of the room, which made us laugh. The hotel is very poorly kept everything looks tired. People smoking in their rooms leaves a stale smell of smoke in the corridors and surrounding areas. The stairway access to the car park smelt of urine. 
The hotel is situated between two main motorway interchanges and we heard police car sirens on and off through the night. Its in the middle of what looked like a social housing estate surrounded by blocks of flats. My son found the area very intimidating when we came back at night.
However the beds were comfy and sheets were clean.
All in all an experience we will not forget.

Seeing is believing

No hot water for the whole week. We are told: first arrival = first served... The household is non-existent, the beds are rebuilt with the old sheets. Jy found salt or something granular after lifting the diaper. I reported it every morning and every evening the same thing. They were reported chips under a bed, they removed the chips and left the package right next to it. Our vehicle was broken during the night under the hotel windows... the cloaks are not isolated. Wakened at night by screams in the hallway and footsteps in a door... One hell of a week!!!

Scandalous, not deserving of first class honours.

The hotel is located in a very noisy neighborhood (a lot of traffic) and not very safe. We stayed one night and that was enough: a lot of noise, old furniture, lousy beds and a very unpleasant smell of tobacco when we got into the room.

Get out of here!

Me and my family stayed in this hotel for 1 night as a quick get away for my mums birthday! I wanted something that was relatively so I decided to go for a hotel that wasn’t near to city centre but still easy to get a metro or something like that, however

We arrived at the hotel and as soon as we saw the hotel we didn’t have good first impressions. We had to park on the main road for the time being as we were not told where to park and when we found to being shown where to park in the underground car park, we didn’t feel safe leaving our car there overnight due to the amount of broken down abanded vehicles there behind a ‘secure’ gate. The only way from car park to the hotel was to take the tiny little spiral staircase that smelt like human waste and loads of smashed bottles and rubbish everywhere. 

Walking into the hotel reception where to my exspected to be welcomed by a friendly employee . But no, my boyfriend went up to the counter and waited for the man infront to finish arguing with the hotel manager to then also be greeted with ‘shhh’ as he was about to ask him a question. 

Rooms
We’re extremely filthy, the bathroom light didn’t work. The main door walking into the corridor wouldn’t shut on the latch. This also happened in my other family members rooms there door also didn’t shut, which then made you worry about leaving stuff in there during the day as the hotel manager was playing solitaire on his computer all day and all night. 

Breakfast 
Before coming the hotel we thought it would be nice to pay for breakfast in the hotel as it was only €10 each however when we was the hall we completely changed our mind. 
In the morning we had a look at what variety of food they had and it wasn’t too pleasant and I would of not paid €10 for it. 

Later on in the day we decided we wanted to head into Paris centre, so we decided to asked the hotel manager about bus or taxi we then decided to tell us he didn’t know and didn’t understand what a bus was and was unable to provide any information about bus or taxis and he didn’t have any numbers . After about 20 minutes he then decided to ring a taxi (even though he had no numbers) which he then said it would only cost €20 when in fact is cost €50 each way. 

I would highly recommend not using this hotel you better of using the €100 a day for taxi to put it towards a hotel in the city centre.

Not what it seems from the pictures!

The room is very noisy (you can hear everything going on in the hallway), there is only one electrical outlet (not even next to the bed) and a very present smell of cigarettes.

I wouldn't recommend it.

The neighborhood is popular but not the most pleasant to have a meal in the evening nearby on foot there's nothing right there's no convenience nearby I ran into a kebab even not good the rooms are dirty the furniture is damaged I don't understand the first class chain that continues to rent rooms so degraded bad image point positive the hotel concierge gave me the hotel parking code that I thought was paying

Very tired hotel

It's like a plague, dirty, with bad, dangerous people, they come into our room and they steal an iPad, and the local police don't recommend it because there's been a lot of passports being stolen, real criminals, and you don't know how they're gonna recommend it.
