On the run, it's the first time I've come across this kind of hotel: - 2nd floor room under the roof, dirty bedroom and bathroom and middle-aged SB, damaged terrace +++, indoor scent (small airy) How can we rent this place? - Meals and breakfast: it's canned and company... The only positive thing is, the reception staff is helpful and smiling.

Very good experience, came by our company last night Excellent shelter, large parking spacious room and very quiet environment no noise, close to shops Good free wifi signal Restaurant on site and breakfast buffet with choice Only a little bemool without big gravity, at least for my room - CH48: the sink is too eccentric compared to the mirror, not very convenient as having to shave without putting it everywhere The ideal without doing immeasurable work would be to add a small mirror or two adhesive tiles than the tile above the sink otherwise perfect

Top hotel

I recently attended this hotel in respect of a Regimental Association Weekend. My stay was for four nights under the guise of a Bed and Breakfast occupation. I was part of a party of approximately 36 persons of both genders and assortment of ages.  Whilst the accommodation was reasonably comfortable, I found it somewhat claustrophobic with sparce furniture and minimal number of facilities available. It became apparent during the booking in progress that this, a coach party appeared to be unchartered territory for the hotel. The party arrived at approximately 1800 hours on a Thursday evening and understandably sought some form of refreshments which was not an unreasonable request given that we had been travelling all day. Initially we were told that the kitchen and bar was closed and would not open that evening. Eventually after a degree of pressure by our group they relented and availed their kitchen/bar facilities to us. From here on in, in my opinion our group was far from welcome at the hotel, almost a nuisance.
In respect of breakfast this consisted of continental menu as well as their own version of an 'English' cooked breakfast. Whilst this was a welcome addition the standard of food was poor in preparation as well as that of presentation. It consisted of streaky bacon, some form of sausage and scrambled eggs which I can only guess that the 'eggs' were of a powder formular, all of it was tepid at best. When asked for assistance in such matters regarding the food the staff's response was far from helpful, they were almost reluctant to assist but did comply as they accepted it was their job, they certainly did not go the extra mile.

The hotel is listed as a 3 Star, I personally would give it 2 at best. Suffice to say I would not recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here again. 

Poor experience.

Overall positive: * the situation, close to the centre - and even if the environment can make the worst fear, Bapaume Road is poorly borrowed at night and the shopping centre closed, so it's the quiet on that side * a room of good proportion and, even rarer, a large bathroom with bathtub, large mirror, good lighting, a large table to store toiletries * good bedding * The breakfast formula needed to be quite complete, with an English breakfast part (a few scrambled eggs, bacon & smoked) * Negative points: a sauce is fine, but why a single sweet in a table for two? * A welcome platter is nice but the place where the heater is not connected worked. * The breakfast ratio is not satisfactory, but it's not enough to keep the whole room in the same room, especially when it's a little blocked, but it's a very nice place to keep the fridge in the fridge.

Well... except for the heating.

Hotel located not far from a road, has 3km from the centre of Cambrai. Free parking. We recognize the courtyards of a possible former building of the Campanile chain. Welcomed by the manager who took us by the hand and guided us to take possession of our room. Room 17, 1st floor, facing the staircase: Entrance into a basement. Quite spacious room. Double bed with 4 hours of which 2 in form memory (which can be purchased). Small table to the right with tea/cafe table, sandbags, water bottle and buffalo table. Small window at the entrance, high with the simple steps of the bathroom.

Little hotel not far from town

I travel for work playing music, so most of our year is spent in hotels. One of the things that I have missed for the last few years is the level of hospitality and serene settings of most of our accommodations in Europe. Kyriad hotel was no exception. Our hosts made us feel welcomed, and greeted us with kindness. The entire property is surrounded by a myriad of flowers and shrubs, all very well cared for, making for a beautiful morning in their outdoor lounging/breakfast area. Before leaving, our hosts found pictures of our band, and requested autographs from all of us. They made us feel like Led Zeppelin, but we are just a small band from New Orleans. Thanks from all of us in Eyehategod!!!

It is good to be back in France

The reception is desirable. The bed is comfortable but for the rest it is still poor: the room is very vetust. The rooms do not reflect at all the photos on the site, false advertising. Breakfast at 11.80€ is unacceptable!

Hotel kyriad will be closed

I was very happy with my one-night stay at Kyriad Cambrai. Comfortable room excellent earplugs, plenty of hot water. Parking in front of the bedroom door. The next time I participate in the regional ball-trap competition, I'll stay at Kyriad Cambrai.

Good quality price ratio

Pre-arrival service was great as I was arriving after the front desk was closed I got instructions on how to get access to my room. The room itself is a typical motel style (ex campanile)n clean and no frills. Breakfast was decent for the type of hotel, from juice to eggs, to pastries, etc.. Checkout was a bit confusing, not realising that the payment was done automatically the receptionist attempted to charge me for 1 extra breakfast as the bill I was showing showed 1 room, 1 breakfast even though the room was booked B&B for 2 people. After further checking things got settled ok.

A place to sleep

Very clean, very good bed, very good reception, warmth ok, small negative spot, poorly fixed faucet damage and shower curtain too old and knocking down toilets to change.
