The hotel is not run until the first of the morning. You need to call (in French) to get the unlock code of the box containing the room key. Then you climb up a rather sloppy staircase, you open a glass door with a badge and finally you arrive at the rooms. For the price you pay the furniture is modest, the cleaning is not at its highest, the bathroom is small. The bed is quite comfortable and there is a nice view of the Saona (the building stands on a small long river). Breakfast is decent but not included in the price of the room.

Nice place, but a disappointing hotel.

To avoid booking on January 7, management cancels my booking 3 days before our arrival on the weekend of Pentecost due to poor planning. Naturally, management rejects the booking fault, offers to contact me again to offer me other addresses, does not do so, I contacted him again.....really a lack of professionalism. I just spent two hours finding a hotel to attend our family meeting. I thought the booking platform would avoid us this kind of inconvenience.

We made a reservation upstairs at this establishment with a penalty of 50% if we canceled. either. but we tried by all means available to us to contact the hotel - hardly missed any response either to such or email or by booking anything of that fact we canceled this reservation because we had no assurance that this ets will be open when we arrived?

Going your way

The house is very beautiful, a refreshment of the façade would give it its charm. Room 6, with a view of the Saône and the Lyonnais Mountains is very pleasant, spacious, beautifully decorated and quiet. Breakfast is served in the living room, beautifully vaulted room, it is cozy and the manager offers a nice service. A nice address. Attention, access to the rooms by stairs, no elevator. No private parking, it is possible to park along the docks or on a free public parking at 100 metres.

Very beautiful view of the Saône

I was looking for a quiet room (night work) so I had to get up later than the usual customers.The boss was arranging, I had a room on the top floor and saw the COVID period..the quiet was there. Breakfast is simple but enough (traditional French, nothing more).Without COVID the restaurant could have been nice The rate of 211 euros for 2 nights and 2 small dej I would definitely come back

Perfect location with a view of the Saône, place with a lot of charm and service perfect with Pauline, smiling, professional and very pleasant.

It's a shame we can't take advantage of such a beautiful room and this wonderful view of the Saône. Too much lack of professionalism: mistake in ordering, hardly hot dishes served, several dishes in the menu not available, unannounced accompaniments, etc. but all with a very pleasant reception.

A wonderful welcome from Sylvie, her friendliness and good mood bring happiness and good mood. You can have a cup of coffee with friends, as a couple or alone, Sylvie will make you have a good time. The restaurant is top-notch and family friendly. A real treat.
