Room was clean but no wash cloths. Nice view from 2nd floor balcony (floors start at 0) Big enough for one person. Bathroom was tight. No complaints just observations. I would stay here again. I went to explore the area after checkin. After a few blocks I was crossing the River Seine and looking up at Notre Dame. A few more blocks and I could see The Eiffel Tower in the distance and the Louvre.

Very clean in great location

It is the best kept secret in Paris , rooms wonderful i stayed on top with a spectacular view of Rue de Rivoli only one problem there is no lift so if you are fit and athletic perfect otherwise get a room as low as you can . Will definitlely be back again

Central Paris Chic

Perfect place for my needs. I had a late night flight out of Paris, and needed some good exercise. The location is excellent, quite near an RER station and very near Le Marais for eating and drinking. The staff are wonderfully helpful and accommodating with what is available to them. There are no lifts, so my room on the 6th floor provided that much needed exercise.

Convenient and reasonably priced

Fatal!! I had already paid for my room a few months ago and it was simply canceled without any refund and then I had to pay for another hotel.

The worst experience.

The most amazing hidden gem right in walking distance to the entire paris , no lift but good exercise going up the stairs , rooms 100 % neat , tidy and clean . Right on Rue de Rivoli in the LVMH Marais area , cannot get better and very well priced .xxxxx

Best secret accommodation in Paris 

As stated in the title, the service is awesome - everybody is polite, friendly and attentive.  I doubt you can find a better location, close to everything - shopping, transportation, restaurants.  The hot tub was nice, breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the bar and Amila and his mojito were just great.  The family room left something to be desired.  The pictures on the website in no way reflect the reality of this particular suite.  It has 1 1/2 bathrooms, which was nice, but the extra “beds”/pull out sofa’s downstairs were not nice.  My two daughters and I slept in the king size bed upstairs - yes, a flight of stairs, so not great for people who are not so mobile. The maid service was excellent for the most part, my biggest concern was the very noticeable mold in one of the bathrooms, which was not cleaned for the duration of our stay.  Gross!  All in all, I would stay here again if I was given a nicer room.

Excellent Service, Location & Amenities, Room Mediocre

FATE MOLT ACCENTENCE. Prices make them in a mood. To book check their official website where there are fixed prices; if you ask by email I will add 10/15 more in the single room. I recommend you take a screenshot of their page. One factor that determined the vote was the negligence and lack of professionalism of the owner. The management of a damage done to the client is dobligatory and reasonable. The problem is this: Having changed the room we forgot a dress in the room before. The same day we present to the inspectionist, but they say they cannot enter because it has already been occupied.

Attention to Dimension in the camera! NO elevator and no weather

This is a nice little hotel in a great location a block or so from Hotel de Ville. The room was very basic but comfortable and well take care of. My room was on the 5th Floor and there's no elevator so I thought twice before heading back to the room! The positives far outweighed the negatives. Wifi was not perfect but worked enough for my needs with a few moments of frustration...Recommend to the right people!

Great location, nice folks, can be a hike

The hotel is located a minute's walk from the Hotel de Ville metro station, which connects with almost all lines, perfectly. The staff is very friendly. Just keep in mind that the hotel has no elevator. We were on the top floor, the views were very nice to a square, and perhaps the best because you could not hear anything from the traffic going down below. Around full of restaurants, yes....for less than 20 € per person you will not find anything, at least in that area.

Centric is central.

A small hotel in a very central location, with tiny but clean and quiet rooms. You don't overdo it with luxury, but there's everything you need and sleeping for those figures in the center of Paris in a clean room... is priceless!
