Terrible customer service. Avoid if you can. Booked for one night family stay. Flight delayed. Arrived at 2130 an hour later than planned. Not made to feel welcome. Host was so rude we decided not to stay. Despite not having an alternative booked and two young children asleep in the car. So glad we didn’t stay and found somewhere else.

Located in the outskirts of Munich, but still in zone M (that of the centre, if you move by public transport). The unprotected parking is located in front of the hotel or in the adjacent streets, along the road. In front of the hotel there is the bus stop that leads to the centre: the transport in Munich is very punctual, the purchase of tickets is possible with the machines on board each bus or tram, buying a daily ticket per family allows you to drive quietly without moving the car. Within 10 minutes walk, there are several restaurants.

It's like a mountain hotel.

This hotel should be avoided in the big picture. Racism is probably on the agenda here. It's nice that the time is ticking. I know where I'm not staying anymore. We couldn't even check in because of the color of my colleague's skin. I really can't find any words for this behavior. In five years of business consulting, including traveling around the world, I haven't thought of anything like this.

Please just avoid it if you care about humanity

Be careful, don't book this hotel! There are racist statements made in this hotel!! So think twice if you want to stay in this hotel. There's just a big horror left!

Anyone who wants to be insulted by racism in the underground reception is right here. Everyone else should please make a big arch around this building. It's sad that there's such inhuman behavior today!

My colleague was deported from the hotel because of her background and was not allowed to check into her already booked room. When asked if this was for racist reasons, the lady at the reception answered with a proud yes. I have never experienced anything so inhuman.

Make sure to avoid - it's too expensive! The price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. Rooms are clean, but totally outdated - 70s style. Breakfast is not served long enough. Parking is fine. Welcome to the guests is questionable.

There's no need to worry about staying overnight. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and big, breakfast is good, parking is good, traffic is convenient and yet it's quiet because the price-performance ratio is right.

We stayed at the hotel for several days. Our room and that of my parents was neat and clean. The rooms could be a little bit bigger and the bathrooms could be a little bit bigger but you can't have everything. The breakfast buffet had everything you needed for a normal breakfast. Breads, sausage etc. were always fresh and sufficiently available. The hotel is very well accessible by public transport. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the Blood Castle with its parking facilities.
