A week long business trip to our offices in Ottobrunn saw us use this hotel. 
Clean and well appointed with the option of preparing your own food should you wish to in the reasonably appointed kitchenettes. 
A good spread at the breakfast buffet offering continental and ‘eggs n bacon’ options. Though they did run out of bacon on two mornings!! 
Locally you are on a retail shopping park. 
Where there are many shops including a Lidl for supplies. It’s a 25 minute walk into Ottobrunn high street for a large choice of restaurants... but it can be done. 
Would gladly visit again. 

2nd stay at this hotel. 

We spent a week as a family in Munich. The hotel was noisy and not clean. The bathroom was outdated and not well furnished. The breakfast was very poor and the breakfast room was always crowded. Not recommended.

Absolutely bad - never again!

Front desk was very sweet and polite. She really helped advise and even find travel accommodations and attractions. Very clean, modern room which was spacious enough. Heat was not working well and was somewhat chilly and there was no extra blankets. 
Hotel had no umbrellas and when we went out it was quite a hassle finding one to buy. The hotel is very far from airport and there is no shuttles, so it was quite expensive to get to/from. There is some public transit system near there but not close enough to walk to.
There is no restaurant on site but there is a coffee shop down the street and a couple vending machines  in lobby,  I got a decent hot-cocoa at one.

Stayed her for one night, I like to have the ability to entertain where I am staying if required, that why I like staying in an apartment setting, these apartments are of a very good standard and excellent value and located in the centre of Munich.

Good Value Accomodation

We stayed in this apartment hotel on the occasion of the Oktoberfest. We were looking for an essential place without too much pretence. We had booked a room with double bed, but we were given a room with separate beds. Apart from that, the rooms were all very clean and tidy. The only regrettable note: the night nurse does not speak a word of English! You need to learn German and well!

Well-organized hotel, but with some problems.

Was there on Business Trip, Very nice hotel, its quite and clam and you have complete freedom in this Apartment. It also has a Good Gym and Relaxing room. Each rooms has Refrigerator and Apartments are cleaned almost every day.I really enjoyed my stay.

Splendid

OK service from hotel staff. Heater of my room 2607 was not working even outdoor temperature was below 10°C. After complaining multiple time they did not solved problem. Finally i had to leave hotel with cold.

Heater not working

We stayed in this hotel on the occasion of the Oktoberfest. The hotel is well situated (at 10 meters there is the bus stop that leads to the metro station in 5 minutes), very close to the exit of the motorway and a quiet neighborhood. The room in which we stayed was a four-room, clean and comfortable, with garden view and balcony. A little expensive but considering the period we are there. The breakfast disappointed us...very scarce. Apart from this we recommend you to read a short stay in Munich.

It is the first of its kind.

It is quite basic here and has some of the charm of a youth hostel, but for that it is very clean, the breakfast is decent and especially the lady at the reception is very friendly so that we felt very welcome.

Surprisingly good!

Structure in the middle, rooms that are then apartments without infamy and without praise convenient to reach just off the highway in a quiet and convenient neighborhood to reach the center, in front of the bus stop that in 10 minutes leads to the metro station to the center We stayed on the occasion of the Oktoberfest and for one night it is definitely fine, plus I don't think breakfast is enough even if in a tight enough environment...
