We arrived to Rome late, and notified the hotel about the arrival time. There was no one there to let us in! We tried calling, and a rude lady answered and said she couldn't help us. The area around the hotel is not safe at all, especially at night. It was the worst experience ever to be outside at that hour without a place to stay. What's more is that the hotel charged upfront on Hotels.com. We never had to look for another hotel late at night, and never received the refund from Camilla. Horrible service!

The worst experience ever

I was expecting something more. I washed very little unused services, from changing towels to not having a shampoo, etc., the shower water didn't go away because the filter was dirty. There is the cooking corner but there are no plates and glasses, nothing. Quality-price is absent, for the cost a coffee can also give it.

Disappointment

I got to stay in this place on the spur of an offer that this structure was making on a very narrow hotel offer research site, unfortunately I realized that it wasn't what I expected, first of all The Residence is in front of a marshmallow, with several processing scraps left here and there including a couch probably to be thrown away.

Excellent promotion but low quality

Strategic location two steps from both city subway lines, and the hospitality and kindness of the law student who runs it has led me to leave these two lines.

Strategic location, independent facility.

On the one hand, a structure that objectively, in its simplicity, meets the expectations: essential furnishings, clean, dignified rooms, a quiet place, a comfortable area; on the other hand, the (unpleasant) discovery: on the parallel road there is a camp of immigrants, who then live in the area.

Difficult to judge

If I were to evaluate only the terrace of the Camilla residence I would have no doubt: 5 stars - certainly the most interesting and livable area of the accommodation. Comfortable amache, a nice table and a priceless breeze (especially in this summer house). We stayed in the apartment by 4 people: a double bed and one in a castle - sheets and clean towels. Small apartment but unfortunately not adequately refreshed by the very old and noisy air conditioner - greater sin of the residence and. the owner Aldo and his collaborators are kind and very, in our case also very flexible given the last second booking we have made available.

A Good Potential to Develop

We spend 3 nights in a basic room. Clean the bed and the towels. All the rest of it is don't touch. The TV doesn't work. (To our roommates it's gone worse: no shower drain). The worst thing is the area: street x the nearest station is packed with poor people, refugees camped and not only. It's scary. In fact, to get to the subway we took a 15-minute walk to Bologna Square to avoid passing through the tiburna. Recommended breakfast: a plastic cup with cap and a brioches in the middle. When we decide to have breakfast elsewhere, the kindest strangers give us money back by booking even if it's a few euros.

The two guys are working hard, but it's not working.

We spent 4 nights during September 2014 in the CAMILLA residence in Rome, via Tiburtina, is that it will not happen again. We are not going to advertise for this hotel The room was small, the bathroom too; On the balcony, the 2 chairs and the table were very dirty, at least put a sponge available so that one can enjoy some comfort even if the view from a rooftop is not terrible.Lieu is very dusty and very noisy at night.(ventilation) The bus driver was invisible(except for payment).We reported that the TV was down, starting 4 days later, may not come out.Very for the price, we claim to have something better.

We had booked a hotel apartment at the Camilla residence for four days. When we arrived, the embarrassed manager announced that a mouse invasion of the rooms forced him to find us accommodation elsewhere. We were transported to the apartment of a lawyer, several kilometers from the planned location, who must round off his end of months by renting his office the WE. Two comfortable rooms and an entrance where a folding bed was installed for the single person who accompanied the group. No metro or bus nearby. Frankly, Residenza Camilla is not at all reliable. Go your way!

Get out of the way!

Does the hotel stand? 1 room with overlapping beds (the staircase to get up on the broken top bed ), 1 room with double bed (HS headlamp), and a sofa bed next to the front door (glass door without curtain, air conditioner above but the holes overlooking the unclosed outside... Hello the noise), a kitchenette (disgusting refrigerator, clogged boiler and a dusty bread grille, no cooking plate, and the sink faucet is broken), when in the bathroom (dough shower door, toothpick, very small-fixed space on the brushes you can brush your toilets).
