Stayed only one night. Hostel close to the train station, clean and easy to access. Very nice and friendly service at the reception. Bed very comfortable, I literally slept like a baby. There is elevator available as well. I stayed with the room with shared bathroom. Bathroom was clean and spacious with washing machine although not sure if the washing machine is for use by everyone. I would stay again. 

Great quiet stay

Very nice hostel. Excellent price. It's in the center. Very quiet and pleasant area. Close to the bus station and railway station. Nearby are shops, pharmacies and banks with exchanges. Also two minutes away is the bus station and five minutes away is the huge shopping center Sfera Pleasant staff the owner and his wife work at the reception. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is also included. Tea and coffee all day long. Convenient conditions for yourself. In three days I met a lot of people. The price is definitely justified. So we recommend it to everyone. Clean and comfortable.

It's a great hostel.

I really  enjoyed  my 4 nights stay at Hello Hostel.Happy feeling place,has a lift,crispy clean linen,,very helpful staff,great location,basic, but adequate  breakfast,tea/coffee 24hrs  for free, and yummy Polish dumplings  opposite the street..I will be back.

Great place,great location,friendly staff

A really good modern hostel. I stayed in a private room which was very large and comfortable. 24 hour welcome desk and little touches like free tea and coffee make this place very welcoming. The bathroom was spotless and spacious. My only problem was that the blinds didn't cover all the windows and didn't keep enough light out for the darkness to be enough for my liking. That doesn't change how good the hostel is though. It's in easy reach of the train station and an easy 5 minute walk to town.

Excellent rooms, well looked after

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay at the Hello Hostel.  Kasia and her staff are warm and welcoming.  Rooms are located on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift (or stairs).  Reception is staffed 24 hours, you just 'buzz' the pad at the ground floor to gain entry any time.  Tea and coffee are available all day and the kitchen is fully equipped.  Bread rolls and jams are provided free for breakfast.  The bathroom is shared and there is a separate second toilet.  I never had to wait for a turn.  Do remember to bring your own shampoo and towel as this is a hostel.  My room had a single bed, table & chair, cupboard, lamp, wall hooks and window with ledge ... very pleasant.  I hope to return to beautiful Bielsko-Biala and would definitely stay here again!

Short walk to Old Town, friendly staff, lovely place to stay

Really nice place, great owners and wonderful location. Really comfortable atnosphere and a cosy place.  If you're looking for something in the city centre - 5 minutes walk from both main bus and coach station - that's the place for you. 

Great place

Very simple rooms, but clean.
WC and shower only one for all,
but clean and hostel is small. It is possible to book simple breackfast.
Big flat TV in lobby. Rooms are without good noise insulation.

But most important are:
1. Parking close to the hotel.
2. Just perfect location.
3. Nice wiev from big and romantic balcony to historical green garden between the old houses.
4. Good price.

Super location, normal price, very romantic big balcony...

-Clean and new -In the center -There's a ZAVTRAK (tea coffee bread oatmeal jam oil) -Dish for this kind of hotel/hostel -Good meeting room.. separate from the rice dish -There are Russian channels (Rossiya 24, Euronyus, etc.) minus... cool.. for Europe of course normal.. but for me it's cold.. especially at night.. and the pillow sure suited my hands.. seriously thin little bump... but it's not very critical.. plus much more)))

It's cheap but fancy.

I was looking for a one-bedroom, but it wasn't free. We moved one to a five-bedroom. Everything was great. The internet speed was great! The location was great for carless travelers. Parking can be difficult, but I was lucky, and I left the car in the yard. The reception was great, the staff was friendly. Breakfast was just a pity for eating bread with whipped cream and cereal. I wanted at least a sausage.
