Good choice if you want to stay near the centre at a very competitive price.The apartments are very well equipped, there is a Zabka just below where you can buy products for breakfast/meal/dinner.There is a blue zone to park the car in the surroundings as well. Very interesting, I recommend it.

Simple but efficient

Probably one of the rudest female receptionists I have ever met.  Her only job is to ensure that people feel welcomed and glad to have reserved a place at her hostel/apartment, but she was the worst.  It all started out with me having a reservation at her hostel.  I went there and then she told me to leave even though I had a reservation.  I wanted to look at the rooms and the kitchen, but she refused to even let me see the place.  She then lied to me and said there was no lockers when in fact there were.  This place has nothing to be proud of either.  There is no stovetop and the place had a very bad smell.  She (Ukrainian or Russian woman with medium dark hair - middle aged) should leave her nationalistic attitude to herself and not ruin other people's day from her state of being.  She was completely out of line and nationalistic and even canceled my reservation even though I was willing to stay, but she refused.  Stay away from this place for she is toxic to the people she doesn't even know and unwilling to go the extra mile for any mishaps!   I tried to save face with her and speak to her in Russian, but she insisted to make my day miserable cause she has a horrible attitude and way of dealing with customers!

Horrible receptionist and horrible hostel with a foul smell!

There is a separate bathroom with a bathroom and a second bathroom with a shower room - both bathrooms for three rooms of the hostel. In the common kitchen are dishes, microwave, refrigerator, cozy dining rooms. The hostel is located on the 4th floor, there is an elevator. There is a private Wi-Fi signal, free for guests.

Good offer for a low price.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were courteous and friendly, going the extra mile to help out whenever they could. 

Bed was comfortable and the location was close to many shops and the main city centre. 

I work from my laptop so I found it as a great spot to get some work done without being disturbed.

great place for anyone who's looking somewhere quiet

Spent two nights on Red sails. Easy to find and quite quick to walk to town from the hostel. The room was warm but that was about the only minus. You have access to a kitchen with refrigerator, mugs and well all you need and two bathrooms with shower that was clean and fresh at all time. It's a bit noisy so if you want to slepp for a while in the morning, ear plugs is a good idea. Thanks for a pleasent stay.

Cheap, clean and friendly 

We booked this property to spend a few days in Krakow. I must say that the choice was excellent. The hostel is very clean, well organized (there is also a small kitchen where you can prepare transient meals), and the staff is very welcoming and responds to every need.

Central position and very clean

All I want from a hostel is cleanliness and this hostel does it well. 

I stayed in a mix dorm with 6 beds. The room was spacious. The room, kitchen, bathroom were very clean. It was well connected with tram line to the central station. There's a convenient store in the building which opens from early morning till late. The kitchen did not have stove, but there's a big fridge, microwave and tea, coffee, sugar. 
Wifi worked  really well and the staffs were very nice (though barely spoke english). I will come back again when I visit Krakow next time.

Clean, Value for Money, Central Location

We booked the hotel through booking.com. It's in a strategic location in the city center, just 200 meters walk from the tram stop that goes to the Central station and bus Station.
There's a 3 piece of stairs on the entrance, that might be difficult for people with disabilities. But inside the building, there's an elevator that brought you to the 4th floor where the hostel is located. They have 3 showers, 2 toilets and a small kitchen with no stove, so if you wanna cook, cook everything with microwave and a kettle.
They have a clean utensils and fridge too. Our rooms are bunkbeds with thick blanket and generous heat from the heatings. The beds and sheets are clean.
There's a TV in the living room but all are dubbed in Polish and some trivia games.
The receptionist have limited knowledge in English. But they charge 30 zl if you want to use the washing machine.
Overall, it's a cheap but good hostel to stay but the only minus thing is that the lack of stove for cooking.

Clean, Comfortable Hostel with Limited Kitchen

I'm going to start with the settlement. we're late, but we're waiting and we're settling in for about 18 hours. The hostel is unusual - there's a chip like a gallery passage through the street. The hostel is very clean - clean sanitary nodes, clean rooms. excellent white laundry. There's one full kitchen with a tile and a refrigerator and there's another small place with a microwave, a teacup, tea... just for quick heating. There's also a common room with a TV, but I didn't get to evaluate it - there wasn't time.

I liked almost everything.

It's a great place in my price range, I recommend it to everyone, stayed a couple nights, the perfect location, three minutes to the old town, lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and other places to eat.
