The lady at the reception was kind enough to tell me what was immediately surprising, I flew in on Sunday at lunch, and on Monday I had to get some proper feedback, but it turns out they have a sanitary day every Monday, or something like that. I came to the hotel and settled down, looking like, honestly not very much, but I thought it was okay to do it for 3 days. My advice is find another hotel!

My husband came to Blagoveshchensk for work, wanted to stay in this hotel with a coworker, but the manager didn't even try to talk, he was rude. And they didn't settle in the hotel.

Very poorly trained administrators, communicate with citizens of other countries

This is good hotel , clean , and comfortable room , big room ,  staff is nice , try to help and give information , not speak English , i have Russian friend to help , if travel alone should to use translator application  , i like Sauna and water park . If i come next time will be stay here again.

So in order... the population. The three-bedroom (or lux) room, the bed room for two only, they asked for 3 sets, the girl at the reception gave the maid's request, but she brought only a towel. When she was asked to bring a toothbrush and a bed, they heard outrage and the phrase that the set is only for two and the offer to go with her and get it in the pantry. The furniture in the room was tired and partially unfit.

I haven't seen that attitude in a long time.

One fan for the whole hotel, huge rubber slippers in the room, instead of disposable ones, the staff is totally uncustomer-oriented, the bathroom disposable toilet offerings are paid, the room is dirty.

Plus: - the price (it was almost 2 times lower than in the center); - Wi-Fi catches well; - 1 hour of visiting the aquapark for free (and this is a 25-meter swimming pool without people, and a sauna), the gym; - the room itself (all standard - a large room, furniture is a lot, cleaned); - at least 3 cafes. Minus: - The dining room, it's just a dining room (someone won't like it). - It's not in the center (someone is in principle) - why I didn't have a small bathroom, but weighed a lot of weight in the bathroom (I'm going to go to the Chinese cab, but if you're going to the Soviet shore, you're going to go to the hotel with a lot of money).

It's just for business trips.

I was surprised by this answer! Inside the hotel it was written that to prevent the costs of guests and to make fun of them after 22 hours was prohibited. The administrator of the hotel asked the owner of the hotel to slow down, but it's not easy, but it's not a bad idea, but it was helpful for some people to have a cup of coffee and tea, especially if they had a cup of tea and a cup of tea.

For the leisurely tourists, it is suitable for overnight stays, quite clean and quiet, rooms are spacious, with high ceilings. Bed linen, towels lined up. The welcoming staff, breakfast included, taxis in Blagovestnsk are pleased with their prices, so the remote location from the center did not burden us at all. You can get to the train station for 100 rubles, to the airport for 200 rubles. We arrived late, settle quickly.
