The trip is connected with competitions in the ski resort, booked a room for one day and selected a hotel with the aim of getting into the sauna at night but when settling we were told that there is a recording of the sessions and places naturally no longer, although there is no such information about the hotel when booking and payment, data only about the inclusion of the sauna in the price and we will note the cost is not small, as the advertisement of the hotel goes with the service, and the cost when settling at the time of such absence is not, at the reception we specified that it is possible to book suddenly no one will come, but there are no options.

The absence of the requested service

We were leaving a noisy, murdered, inhospitable hotel. I was looking for a place to stay for another day in Kolomne. I was convinced that it was going to be very quiet and we could rest peacefully after a walk through the city. We arrived. It seemed like a good room, but the one who was arranging the furniture and installing the rosettes, decided to just make fun of the visitors, because almost all the rosettes are hidden behind the tables, you need to move the furniture away to get there)) But it was all small things, we wanted to spend the evening in silence and sleep. There was no problem.

I don't think there's a decent hotel in Kolomne.

When I booked a room on the phone, the administrator announced the cost of staying for two days, 5400, repeatedly re-examined the cost of staying from 29-31.07.22 and, after receiving a confirmation for the amount of 5400, I booked a room. When I was filing and filing documents for the period of 29-31.07.22 I was taken away with 5400. The next day it was discovered that we were being charged for one day.

Rest impaired by incompetent work of the administrator

The hotel was very nice! It was very nice, in the center of town. I traveled with friends and stayed in a standard two-bedroom room. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice. There were water coolers on each floor, plus reminders in each room about the use of natural resources, this is important to me. I wanted to celebrate breakfast in the hotel restaurant, I really liked the cheesecake and fresh coffee. Plus the restaurant works until 23 and it's convenient to have a glass of water in the evening if you don't want to go far. I recommend the hotel!

Traveling with friends.

Convenient location from the historic center (5 minutes walk to all the attractions), hotel on the river, beautiful view, beachfront. Quiet, pleasant place. Good restaurant, breakfast Swedish table. Staff friendly, polite, allowed to live with animals. Everything clean, neat. Have a comfortable time with your family!

A lovely hotel for travelers with family and pets!

It was a wonderful hotel! It was the one time when nothing strained or saddened us. We lived in a panoramic room, everything in this room was designed for comfortable rest and enjoyable leisure. Comfortable beds, pleasant interior, hot tubs, lighting, air conditioning, silence, clean, comfortable plumbing + hygienic shower, enough clean towels, robes and slippers, cooler with hot and cold water, tea and coffee set in the room, proximity to historical sights, as well as a welcoming, helpful staff - in short, this hotel was a little like this. What we would like to do is to improve the quality of the internet and make it more diverse tomorrow.

I decided to stay at this hotel for 4 days in April. The main criteria of the choice were: - easy access to the center, - the availability of breakfast, - good reviews, - its unusualness. All of the list met my expectations. I'll start right at the beginning: 1. The reception girl called the day of entry and asked when we arrived. We are waiting for you. It was very pleasant. :) 2. We found the hotel very fast and the access to it very convenient (except for the time of tide and coffee rush). 3. The settlement is very fast and without reservations. 4. But it matched the photo on the hotel's website.

Excellent hotel in the city centre on the water

The staff is polite, the atmosphere is good, delicious breakfasts, very decent rooms, except for a very good noise level, so if you're going to Colonna, I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel on the water

I liked the standard room. But when we booked, nobody warned us that if we or the kids wanted to sleep at 10pm, it wasn't real!

Families with kids who go to bed before 11:00 p.m.

The price of the holidays was too high, we had a 4x, for 14600 it wasn't worth it. Plus, breakfast and dinner are included in the price (Swedish table). We didn't go to dinner, but a polite girl at the reception collected some delicious tea for us.
