What was good
1) clean kitchen utensils. 2) the equipment (TV, heater, refrigerator, plate, microwave, teapot) was fine. The apartment overall is good, but in the photos it looks better and more spectacular than in reality.
What was bad
1) If someone is going to stay in the cold season, please note that the apartment has no batteries. There is a small heater, but it dries the air. 2) The apartment is on the ground floor, the entrance to the apartment is through a workroom (
The central heating pipes (batteries) are located in the walls and cannot be observed visually. From June to mid-September in Murmansk the heating in residential houses is turned off for this case the apartment has a heater. Mainly in Murmansk it is cold, as the city is located in the Far North. Accordingly, the air in the apartment dries or the central heating, or the heater otherwise does not survive.

The apartment is normal, but it's in a terrible pile of debris in the entrance. The furniture is relatively new, the towels, the rags, the sponges and the dishes are dirty.
Please be careful when checking the booking conditions we do not have a 24-hour check-in counter and the night time eviction costs 800 rubles. But that does not mean that we frankly do not like tourists, we are pleased with each guest! The time of departure and entry is notified by the guests in advance, and our representative plans his day taking into account the desired time of settlement/ eviction of guests. You suddenly decided to move the time of entry by a few hours when the representative has already arrived and waited for you at the apartment at the agreed time - it is quite natural that the representative left the apartments to do his business. Of course, such a situation is excluded when staying at the hotel, where the reception desk is filled with round-the-clock judges and so that you can find out who will be in your seats. We can only bring you a positive feeling about the situation. But thanks for the quality of your travel and we do not need to be able to make sure that you are in a safe place.

The apartment is clean. The windows are out in the yard, it's quiet. There's all the necessary household appliances, dishes, laundry, etc. There's a TV, but it doesn't work. It's written in the comments from the landlord, so we were warned in advance.
