The reason for the cancellation of the breakfast was the sanitary treatment of the kitchen,... it was later revealed that a large group of tourists were scheduled to enter this day, so those who were already in the hotel and paid their accommodation earlier, decided to leave without a full breakfast...
Irina's guest refused the proposed breakfast (except for hot cashews), although on the first day of arrival they did not eat cashews at all. The guest was very upset that the hotel could not allow her to leave late, due to the large number of entries and to the room she occupied. She was explained that the late departure can be when possible (if there is no settlement).And this is a rule-regulation for all hotels.

The garbage can in the kitchen is overloaded, it leaks out. In one room the toilet is noisy, the blasting of the flushes; in the other there is no noise, but no washing.
