THE WORST HOTEL!!!! THE WORST, the most uncustomer-oriented, I have no words for this horror!!!! I SPORTED THE WEIGHT OF OTHERS!!! There is no water all the time, there is no teapot in the room, and even on the floor there is no cooler (no elevator, they lived on the 5th floor).

I booked a room for parents and a child. The only one that was suitable was the housekeeper, but I was assured that it was practically no different from the standard rooms. In the case of the settlement we saw that they save on everything here: - on the work of a maid - a plaster on the floor, a web on the windows, a dirty toilet - on the room floor - a decomposed slate for the child does not allow to move inside the room - on the repairman - a slippery lock that does not assume that your things will be taken away in full and safe. The administrator is not competent, the settlement/removal issue could not be resolved. The cleaning in the room was only done when the parents had already paid for the room, so on the day of settlement Avan's return to the room, the two housekeepers did not enter the room, despite the fact that they did not have a list of the number of the house, and as a result, the owner of the house did not enter the room.

It's disgusting, it's dirty, and there's no service.

The hotel has a swimming pool, bar, lounge, but there is a problem with the umbrellas. They were only 3. And the loungers under the umbrellas were occupied early in the morning (they left the towel for the whole day), so the rest were only under the sun. Along the shore there are many cafes, entertainment for children. The room was not very pleasant, although it was luxury, but I rate it at 3. The shower cabin downstairs was broken, a few drinks with water (in the evening a little taste, sometimes there was no problem), the fan was always hung on the screen, not attached to the porch.

All in all, all right.

At the reception a girl with bloated lips and yellow nails asked to wait for us five minutes outside, she was busy... we came with 3 children, the younger of 6 months. On the street it was hot... we got out of the train, tired... we sat 30 minutes waiting for the maid to let us settle. Then, after the second call, we were told that in fact, we're leaving after 2 p.m., we were kindly asked to leave us early, because we had children and arrived early.

It's awful.

The price is good, but I'd bet three stars. There were no food problems, a dining room in the hotel, a bar by the pool, a lot of cafes. The prices are acceptable. The staff is not welcoming, except for the manager of the library and the 4th and 5th floor. Thank you.

The service was terrible, they didn't change their bedding and towels for a week. The garbage had to be carried out by themselves, because they had to pick it up twice a week. The toilet paper was given out for two rolls a week. The repair left the best to be desired: all the walls were cracked, the floor was burned. The bed was crumbling badly at any breath. The toilet was broken. There was no teacup or a toilet in the room.

I wouldn 't recommend it.

In general, we'll start in order: we'll book a standard breakfast room at the booking, we'll cancel the booking, as if we hadn't booked breakfast at all, we'll tell you when we arrive that our plans have suddenly changed and we want to leave a day early, the administration says we need to cancel the booking and book again and everything, we do, but we don't mention the price will be the same without breakfast.
