One side of the hotel is located directly on the beach boulevard and beyond the beach, and on the other side - on the Bestuzhev Square, very nice with beautiful bushes, some fairytale plates. We went to the Armenian church (with two steps and the Russian Orthodox one), coffee shops, boulevards... It's just an idyllic hotel. It's a very nice place to stay in the center of the city.

Excellent rest in the off season.

I liked everything, it was on the shore, there was a cafe, shops nearby. The room was with one big bed, there were tubs on both sides of the bed, there were flashlights and table lamps above the tubs, which was very convenient. I liked that the curtains were thick, the room was clean. There was no teacup in the standard rooms, but there was a cooler on the floor. There was a refrigerator in the room. The administrators were polite, attentive. I'll be coming again and again.

My husband and I don't come to work for the first time for a couple of days, we don't want to spend the weekend to see the sea and dive if we can. I chose the hotel for a long time, but I didn't look at anything over the internet. When we arrived at the place, we called a taxi for 270 rubles and went closer to the waterfront on Kirov Street, went to the bridge and looked at the hotels (numbers and prices) along the way.

Great location a few minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are simple but spacious. The bed mattresses could use a lifting. We got the rooms facing the square and I have to say that was great. The sea view rooms are just on top of a restaurant that at night plays loud music very late. We spent 6 nights here during the World Cup and we all loved the experience.
