I'm surprised by the attitude! Not the most pleasant photos, but I'll add, I was screwed up on my business trip, I only got settled in in the evening, I was very tired, I was just in shock when I saw the dirty room, it was open five and everywhere was dirty! The manager apologized and promised to send a cleaner in the morning: the result, just new toilet paper, thank you!
Thank you for your feedback. You were given access to the apartment at exactly 15:00 hrs. at the time of settlement. When you informed us that you were not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, we offered you to move to 5 different rooms to choose from. You refused to move. The next day a maid was sent to your room, who thoroughly re-cleansed. The quality of the re-cleaning also did not satisfy you. However, on our repeated requests to clarify exactly what the cleaning is necessary, you did not answer. We strive to make the accommodation of our guests as comfortable as possible, but without feedback this does not seem possible.
