A cozy clean apartment, convenient location, stylish design, new furniture, all amenities, including dishwasher and washing machine!
What was bad
There's no air conditioning.

The house, which has apartments, is a historic building and in accordance with the current regulations of St. Petersburg it is impossible to install air conditioning there. The air conditioner is not named in the list of equipment provided in the apartment, but guests have a modern floor-to-ceiling fan.

The hotel is located near the Finnish train station. It is very easy to get there, less than ten minutes on foot. The landlord met us at a convenient time for us. We stayed late, at 11 p.m.. The apartment itself looks good. It matches the photo on the website. Everything was clean. There were two towels and bedding for two people.
