I'd like to put an estimate even lower, but there's no such thing here. We settled in the evening in the luxury room on the 19th and left on the 21st of August 2021. On the 19th there was no hot water. The Administration warned, but the workers didn't wait and fell asleep, on the 20th of August on the wedding day I took a cold shower, after the wedding instead of resting and relaxing after such an event we dealt with hot water which was not in the room, the staff said that hot water was missing only in our room in all the other rooms, and the administrator said that there was no hot water all over the building to believe I didn't know any excuses from the administration, left rude, do as if I were guilty in this situation.

It's a terrible staff, no respect.

I stayed at this hotel a few times. I came on business trips. The rooms are large, the bedroom and living room are divided, I received in the guest room, very convenient. The location is very central. The room is quite decent. They don't like breakfast very much, they don't cost their money, and when you leave early, the dry peacock looks funny. Several times the breakfast tickets were missing, because of the weather, the flight was postponed and we came in later, we refused to change the tickets from breakfast to dinner, although the price is the same.

It's not bad.

I came to Yakutsk for work. I need a hotel in the city center. A good hotel, in the city center. I picked a friend's recommendation.

A private trip

I've been lucky enough to stay in this hotel. There are advantages and disadvantages to it. The plus is the atmosphere, the friendly staff, a good breakfast. It's actually great to stay overnight. But the first thing I didn't like was the entrance. First you go to the flower shop, then you go to the hotel. There's a broken tile down the staircase that you can actually fall on. The slippers were stuffed. Soap, shampoo and stuff like that I thought I had from the Soviet stock. The TV is old, the control works all the time. The view is just awful.

Not bad, but it could have been better.

The rooms are dirty, the furniture is old and broken, the switches are falling off, the toilet is running, the shower is always on you, the fridge is always hot, the towels are not changed, the shower accessories are only for the second day.

It's an epitome of disgust.

Recently, I've completed a list of the Yakut hotels I've been to, this memorable hotel. I've been staying in a luxury hotel for one night. The hotel's only merit is that it's in the center, which is why I put a star on it. And everything else is a complete minus. You can list them for a long time, so I'll just write a few. In the hotel room for 6.5 thousand rubles a night, in the bathroom room instead of the cafeteria there are grey plastic panels, partially glue-stained, instead of the shower room or bathroom there's an enamelled bathroom, like a toilet in a pioneer bar, a shameless plastic shower hose in the middle of the staircase around the 15th floor of the cafeteria.

Cash on the cloud price.

I have just stayed here and in the Tygyn Darkhan, and Sterh falls down basically on its beds and linen, which were not hotel quality. I was going to mark it down for the brown water which came out of the tap, but a shower in the Tygyn Darkhan once ran black so they're about equal on that! The very pink decor can be a bit hard on the eyes. And nobody speaks any English at all (which is fine, but makes communication challenging.) It is located on a busy junction by one of the main squares, so is quite noisy and dusty.

This was possibly one of the worst hotels i stayed in for the past 10 years. Yellow linens, terrible bed with even worst pillows. Awful bathtub although some basic amenities (soap, shampoo) are provided. Wifi does not live up to expectations and the breakfast is mediocre at best. Stay away if you have a chance.

Avoid at all costs.

It is OK hotel for Yakutsk, given that not many oh hotels are there. Hence, there is no elevator. Staff is not friendly. Very bad internet. I would recommend this hotel to business travelers but with bad WiFi its not a good idea.

Other than this, its located in the center and can be a good alternative when all other hotels are booked.

Below the standard

Spent three nights here in September. The room was reasonably large but very basic. The bed not that comfortable. Not much of a view accept the pedestrian crossing out front. The hotel is very central.  Had issues with Wi-Fi and heating. The front desk was not that helpful and insinuated that any issues were my own. The breakfast didn't look that appealing. Also not that pleased my suitcase was taken from the bed and ended up on the floor, requiring a repack. The bathroom was extremely basic and the shower not that clean and dated. You are allocated one towel, hand towel and bath mat per day. The hotel is very central.  I though for what I paid it was over priced but could be indicative of accommodation in general.
