The apartment was in bad conditions, has poor quality. I don’t recommend to anyone. I will never back to this place. 
This kind of apartment, never be qualified as tourist apartments. Is the worst.

We had to do a job at La Sagrera station and found these apartments by chance.The treatment and price per person in shared rooms of 4 is very affordable to be so close to Barcelona and just at the exit to the Ronda de Dalt.

I remember contacting Merche (commercial manager) for a stay of almost 2 months and from the very first moment he offered me great kindness and confidence, pointing out the routes that I could take to get to the workplace and other things, which made a very good impression on me, excellent person and very professional at all times. They always intended to resolve or help me with the room for the next few weeks, since once I forgot to book and without any problem they could help me. The staff inside Abarco were very kind and kind, provided they requested something, they were there to collaborate or deliver what he asked for. Regarding the rooms, quite clean, I have no area, the kitchens have everything needed, practically ruled out for the nights, quite quiet and that is something that is very close to the bed (or something that can happen in a single room), but if the price of the buses in Barcelona is very good, I do not have a good idea.

Almost perfect!

My stay here has been a heap of contradictions... the apartment itself is very nice, comfortable, and quite clean, except for the bathroom ceiling where I found hair (yes, hair on the ceiling... I keep thinking about how they got there...). the parking lot, a nightmare... very narrow places and no room to maneuver. It's worth going around the neighborhood before hiring it. And finally, the attention of the staff that was scarce and bad. Practically no greetings, it seems like they're going to order you to take a bag from one moment to the next and it seems like everything's bothering you. when I went out to do it, at about 11:50 a.m. there was no one at the reception. I called the phone that had been posted on a sign and they told me that they were there in two minutes. so when the truth was out, I felt that the girl was calling me, but it was not a good time to get out of the apartment, and it was not a good time to go back, but it was a very bad time to get out of the apartment, and I felt like I was going to

It's a pity the poor education of the staff.

The apartments are very nice, the reception is very nice, the staff is friendly and they speak English, the bed is very comfortable, the apartment we had was very spacious.

Perfect accommodation for those, who want to visit Barcelona and surroundings. It’s very easy, fast and cheap to reach the apartments by train and metro from the airport. 600 m from the metro station. Big supermarket just near. Very friendly personal on the reception. The apartments are well equipped. Good cleaning. Comfortable beds, warm blankets.

Comfortable & Friendly

We really liked the apartment. We were impressed with the exact directions from the subway. We got there without any problems. Near a couple of shops. Everything you need you can buy. Food and household chemicals. Not too far from the subway. There are not many cafes nearby where they cook not well. In the apartment itself there is everything you need. Dishes, shampoo and soap, carpet. On the 3rd floor the internet was slow in the room but there were no problems in the kitchen. They give their own keys and you don't depend on anyone.
