We stayed two nights in this hotel and felt very comfortable. The hotel was newly renovated and beautifully clean. The room is beautifully large with a small balcony to the street. Since the streets there are not crowded, it was not a problem at all (not loud). This room also had a large bathroom. Breakfast was in their other hotel called Port Hotel (a few steps away) with a beautiful view of the sea and beautifully rich. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. A disadvantage was perhaps the WLAN connection that you sometimes didn't have at all. Nevertheless, we recommend this hotel and we will continue to take this hotel the next time we visit Büyükada.

Nice and clean hotel.

It's a wonderful hotel that doesn't claim to be a star, but at the same time it's much more comfortable, cleaner and friendly than the 3- and 4-star hotels of the Antalya coast! Non-obvious staff, family-warm atmosphere at breakfast, quiet and peaceful! Very good location: near the center, near all the shops, markets, souvenirs, cafes, sea. The room has everything necessary, clean, comfortable, spacious. A large French window all over the wall, a cute little window where it's so wonderful to drink wine with cheese from the neighboring supermarket in the evening, watch the sunset, feel the balse from the sea, the distant breezes that bring new visitors to hear the sounds of the steaming Breezes of the Reducada!!!!!!

It's a wonderful island, a wonderful hotel.

the location was quiet, 5 mins walk to the seaport, few meters away from any local restaurant. got a room with view to the sea. staff was helpful. it took time to find the location, because we arrived quite late and it was already dark, but when daylight time, its nearby to the seaport.

We stayed her e for 1 night in april . The hotel staff were very welcoming. Attentive to our needs ( i am disabled so required a lower floor ) nothing was to much trouble for the staff ,  hotel room was spacious warm clean  with great views from the balcony   hotel breakfast was amazing full turkish breakfast  portion size was big . Friendly smiles and greetings by staff at breakfast  a real warm wecoming friendly place to stay , 5 minute
 Walk from shops restaurants ferries  but with silence around the hotel    excellnt position . I Recommend this hotel 100%

peace. quiet . perfect hotel

I spent about 25 nights at this hotel,I was alone,  for me as a person admires quietness and staying away from city rush, the stay at this hotel was the best stay in Istanbul and Turkey.
The stuff were very friendly always smiling in your face, even though I couldn't understand them but I really felt that they are my friends, the hotel is in the charming Buyukada the most beautiful and  the largest island of the princess islands.
Most of the hotel's guests were young couples, it seemed like the hotel is a romantic spot.
This hotel is a small boutique hotel on an island so don't expect the services of a five star hotel, I think if you want these standards you better stay at Taksim's hotels.
All I want to say is this hotel is an ideal place for those who are seeking quietness,  relaxation  or want to spend romantic time with their lovers on a nice budget hotel.

Amazing place to stay.

It's a five-a-side location, the streets are quiet, you can't wake up from the noise in the morning, the staff is generally friendly, but not very hardworking, and I only recommend it if you don't care about the finances, breakfast is modest and you have to eat in the neighboring restaurants.

It's stylish outside, expensive inside.

Although we had a room with a balcony, I was very disappointed in the hotel. Only on multiple requests did we get a bed without a blanket. The mattress from the baby bed was dirty, but so were the other mattresses. In the bathroom there was mold and foreign hair and the condition of the room was very dirty. For 120€ a night I definitely expected something better. No one should do this. Absolute foul!!!

I'm not going to lie!

My boyfriend spent 2 days at this hotel in June 2013. He was very happy with the hotel overall.  He had a nice room, which was very clean, although a bit small but there are bigger rooms available if required.  It is in a good location right on the sea front and within walking distance to the ferry and restaurants.  The staff were very friendly and the price was very reasonable.

Good hotel

Everything is fine, clean and comfortable even though the room was on the ground floor. It's a quiet neighborhood, but not far from the center. Breakfast is not a Swedish table that we didn't like.

We were recommended, and paid a premium for a room with a balcony and a view. The view was ... well, if you looked between buildings you could see the sea.

The minimalist design was attractive - but stripped of any value; including service which was remarkably indifferent, no real welcome and no recommendations for touring the island. The rooms are reasonably sizes, but starkly equipped, for example one small basin, no mat on the tiles floor when you use the shower.

Breakfast was pathetic - a plate of processed sliced meats and packaged cheese!

And water bottles in the room were charged for.
