A good hotel in the Asian part of Istanbul. The rooms are decent in furnishing, but mostly quiet. Good breakfast served at the table and plentiful. Typical restaurants in the surrounding area are easy to reach by local taxis that are cheap.

Good as location, great as price

...but I'm disappointed. Keeping in mind that the hotel is in a beautiful residential and school area, if you don't know it, you don't see it right away. I pay for the deluxe room. 50 euros a night, an acceptable price for a room with these features in Istanbul. The room is spacious and exactly like in pictures. The problem is that it was 30 degrees. Now, okay, it's March. But 30 degrees seem to me to be overstated.

That's good.

I with one of my friends chose the hotel based on the photos we saw and we wanted not to be in the centre of the city. The hotel's room was as clean and pretty as we saw in the picture. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is out of the buzz, it is so quite and we could sleep very well. We had a car, and there was free parking in front of the hotel.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel- value for Money

Stayed there with family for a night. The beds were not comfortable, the set up of bath tub was not convenient for kids. It is tucked in one tight corner of room and not easy to access. Bathtub was old and cracked. Some of the furniture were stained.
The location is nice and safe. 
The breakfast offered was the worst one we had during our trip this summer. The staff in restaurant where the breakfast is served were outright rude. We did not feel welcomed there.
Overall, not recommended. There are many better options in this area for the same price range.


Not Comfortable 

I have just returned from Istambul where I stayed in this hotel. It is situated at the Asian part of Istambul near tó the Kadiköy port and basar area. The staff is friendly but you may experience language problems at the bar. The rooms are ok but they are quite small. On weekends the breakfast starts at 8 AM so if your plane is early you go home hungry. There are shopping malls and good authentic Turkish restaurants in walking distance but taxis are cheap as well and they use taximeter so do not be afraid to use them. Streets are safe and the people are really nice. Kadiköy is few kilometers away and it is a nice place to visit if you want some good food and basar feeling. You can board a ship as well there and it is easy to get to the old town across the Bosporus. The taxi costs around 45 lira from the hotel there. So do not hesitate to visit this nice hotel you will not regret it.
