This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. Where do I start?! 
They will send you an email only days before your stay to say the card machine is broken and to bring cash, which is a lie they don't actually have one. We handed over the money and was not given our change, we then went downstairs to where they had met us without them realising we were there and overheard them on the phone telling someone in a panic 'i've got your money, i've got cash, come get your money.' etc We were scared and when we went out to dinner in the evening took our belongings worrying we would return to it all having been taken!
You are met on a street corner by a man to let you in, very odd. Led inside to the dirtiest narrow staircase and into apartments. He couldn't communicate in English very well, and after not long in the flats we soon discovered all 3 had broken TV's, kettles and windows. We told them about this but once they had the cash they disappeared and would not answer any form of communication after to sort it. Flat was dirty, an old sock was in there, really small and the photos are definitely a lie...
Definitely don't book here, it ruined our trip and booking.com need to remove this from their options as it is definitely not safe. 1 Star is too generous...

Absolutely awful - Please avoid, worst place ever!!!

We stayed for 2 nights with my family in apartment n°8 consisting of a double bed and 3 sofa beds and 4 other friends in apartment n°6 with a double bed, 2 sofa beds and a sofa bed (better the 6) Very nice, clean and well equipped apartments: new kitchen with terraces, panes, plates, glasses, refrigerator, washing machine, axle and iron, microwave oven, phono, napkins, sheets, sheets, small clean bathtub, a closet, Wi-Fi functioning, Smart TV, Gentle and available owner, we were able to leave our backpacks in the warehouse before and after check in and check out too much. Nice apartment, well furnished, great location

Booking process was really simple and about the only thing that was good. The entrance looked ok but I struggled getting the key out of the little box. The flat I stayed in was on the ground floor and as soon as I opened the door I realised I'd made a mistake and shouldn't have stayed there. The bedroom was small, the TV didn't work until the second  night after the Sky box has been reset and TV retuned. The kitchen area was dire and I had to turn off the small freezer because the ice inside was so thick the door wouldn't close. The fridge was warm inside so completely useless. The curtains just barely covered the window with no space either side hence they didn't keep the light out. The covers on the bed were clean and the quilt was warm but the pillows were very cheap and just squashed flat so I didn't get a good sleep at all. The room is not for businessmen staying in the city it's more akin to a one night stay for a student.

Small and cramped - don't stay here

I arrived before the rest of my party. Adam met me at the door and carried my case all the way up to our apartment. He then gave me a tour of the apartment and showed me where everything was. He was extremely amenable & gave me the codes for the entry doors (he also showed me how to use them) and gave me the internet codes.
We had a two bedroom apartment on 3rd floor. It had everything we needed: hairdryers, cooking facilities iron/ ironing board. Plenty of extra beds, bedding & towels.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and ended up with a 1 bedroom with a small rubbish sofa bed! The card machine was apparently broken so had to get a large amount of cash out and also asked us to pay them immediately! Received an email saying if we were having any parties or played loud music we would get charged for another night stay. Also when we got back to the apartment they said the doors would shut at 9 but they were both left wide open! When we got to our room there were two people having sex outside our door!! Spoke to the manager and he made excuses that there was nothing that they could do!! Poor excuse of an apartments needs shutting down!!!

Worst place ever!!!

After booking the apartment, we were sent a different address they day before we arrived.  The "new" apartment we got was in a basement and reeked of cat urine.  Not only reeked, was actually so strong it made our eyes burn.  The owners were unresponsive despite several phone calls.  I would never, ever use these apartments again.  Do so at your own risk.

We were "baited and switched"...

Not exactly as advertised on internet. Rude staff and extremely bad customer services. Rooms are extremely small and not as described. Excessive deposit for an apartment that’s falling apart and also, Say bye to your deposit as they only accept cash and lie about faulty card machine whereas they only operate cash only but doesn’t disclose online but only via email a day to arrival!

Well equipped and spacious apartment in a great location close to the tube station.

Very friendly welcoming and informative check-in. 

Only disadvantages are the thin walls so if you are a bad sleeper it might be hard to rest. Did not really disturb us.

Good Value

We decided to book a studio in this establishment because of its proximity to the Hammersmith Apollo. Arriving early in the afternoon, we left early the next morning and spent very little time there. It was just a matter of finding a place to stay overnight and having a shower before we left. It was quite convenient for us. On the other hand, if we had to spend more time in this studio (to visit London for example), my opinion would probably have been different.

All right for one night.

I stayed at City Gate Kensington flat 1 with my parents. The location was great. It was a quiet neighborhood with supermarkets and a cozy bar nearby. It's only a five-minute walk to the subway station, from there you can get around the city. The advance information from the provider was great, so the key transfer went smoothly. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The apartment was unfortunately very small. The description didn't show that there were several apartments in the house and you don't know which ones you're getting. There was a kitchen, but no table.
