Other than the young girl at the reception who was friendly and helpful, the place was pretty grim to be honest.
Badly scratched and gouged laminate flooring in the room, cracked, broken and loose floor tiles in the en-suite. 
Bedside lights did not work. 
Loud rave party, noise from down below despite being in one of the so called rear "quiet" rooms on the 1st floor, that went on until the wee small hours of Sunday morning.
Soft spongey springy bed that was far from comfortable.
No wifi at all - shocking quality.
So alas all in all it was dire and I am afraid I could not recommend it to anyone at ell...ever.

Yeah,...Pretty Poor Really

Stayed here one night due to a function nearby, check in was quickly done by a pleasant and helpful lady. Room was a no frills but none the less comfortable, no problem parking in the side street. A local convenance store across the street and a cafe nearby to pick up a coffee.

Done the job

Not the best place to stay, but by no means the worst. Cheap and functional would be the best way to describe the hotel. We checked in late and were dealt with by a very helpful and cheerful lady, this was the only interaction we had with anyone as we checked out early the next morning. Nice big rooms, a bit shabby in places but as it was just somewhere to sleep that wasn't a big deal for us. No problem with pillows or bedding, there was shower gel and hand wash provided, as well as brewing facilities for tea and coffee. I was in a bedroom at the front of the hotel, so it was noisy with traffic, but it was tolerable with the windows shut. Managed to park in the next street so no great walking distance, I did notice quite a few places to park nearby too. It was very handy for Wimbledon, which was the reason for the stay. Would I stay there again? Yes, if it was just a stopover. I can't comment on any of the other facilities as we were literally in and out for our visit.

Good For The Price

Hotel was dated,dirty and smelled of damp. The rooms where basic,hot and noisy. Bed only had one pillow for each person which where that thin there was no point in them. Free WiFi a joke would not connect and never anyone on reception had to wait for 30 minutes in blazing sun for someone to check us in. Only stopped here one night and it was the longest night of our lives.

Worst place to stay

Room was very clean and attended to each day which was a lovely addition to the stay.  The staff were very helpful in assisting me with my addition luggage.  Unfortunately the wifi didn't reach the room I was in.  A quiet space for a short stay and would recommend if seeking to stay in the Streatham area.

Lovely stay

Having stayed one night in October 2016, the hotel is very good. However, it is 1 hour from central London but very well served by buses (10 minutes on foot). The price is 70€, slightly higher compared to its distance.
