Stayed in Room 645 3 nights 22/5/24-24/5/24 great room with dual window aspect. 
Staff very welcoming, attentive, helpful, polite & courteous at all times in all areas of hospitality. 
Guy behind the bar good friendly banter making our cocktails. 
Manager Mostafa great genuine guy. Made lots of time to listen to guests. Dealt with our query regarding the missing fridge and offer an alternative option which we accepted, thank you. Room had plenty of mirrors on different walls for getting ready. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom spotless. 
Definitely recommend this room. 

Great location, great hospitality from staff

Only 3 lifts. During our staff, one would not go to the ground floor at all (button broken!) and another was out of order for 48 hours. There were no signs to warn guests or apologise for inconvenience.
The bin in my bathroom contained used sanitary products from a previous guest.
Although I'd paid for my room in advance, check-in took around half an hour - I was told this was because Premier Inn have changed reservation systems and reception staff had to be certain that I had actually paid even though I provided them with the email from their system confirming that I had paid!
Common areas not the cleanest or tidiest - seemed to be too few staff trying to do too many things.

Great staff but issues to be ironed out

We noticed our air conditioning was not working and seemed to be making the room hotter. We then turned this off to realise it wasn’t the problem. 

Being pregnant a good nights sleep is all I ask for and this night was unbearable. At 3:30am I went down to reception to ask for a can as the air con wasn’t getting cold. I was told no and that the team would reset my air conditioning and to leave it 10 mins, after 30 minutes, no difference. 

My partner then went down to ask for a fan and second time to be told no again.

Right across road from St Pancras International. Good quiet room, clean, great big bed, excellent service 

Perfect location

Lovely staff especially Mahmoud made travelling on my own a pleasure - he couldn’t help enough would stay here again just for his service
Location excellent rooms ok  but it stands apart from the friendly service and home from home experience

I stayed 2 nights in the hotel and it Was a pretty good expérience. Will be happy to come back in the future 

Very good stay and service

Stayed here on Monday 20th May and from the moment we stepped through the door the staff were amazing. 
The lady on the check in was lovely but big shout out to Mahmoud at dinner because even though service was slow at times, he let us know and apologised constantly. Nothing was too much trouble and he smiled the whole time a credit to the hotel, team and brand!!!
His colleague Maria was also lovely but it was mainly Mahmoud that served us.

At breakfast all the staff smiled or said morning and it was nice quality and variety. 
The rooms were comfy and quiet considering the location very impressive, would recommend 😀

Brilliant customer service

The food was surprisingly impressive for Premier Inn, the ambience and pricing was also rather fair, but the REAL surprise was our waiter Mahmoud, dancing around the table with pure elegance and working his backside off to make sure everybody got what they needed, as soon as they needed it, add to this the fact that there were around 75-100 people in the restaurant and he was serving all of them with one other person, that he was training at the same time! I've been to many restaurants and I've never seen such a hard working, skillful, polite and charismatic waiter in my travels. I, of course, left him a hefty tip and I hope to see him again.

Waiter Of The Year?

Was in London for day time trips and out close to hotel at night for a meal. Arrived early , luggage stored for pick up in afternoon when check in. All very smooth. Checked in late afternoon, room clean and spacious. No noise from passing London traffic.   Bed comfortable. Nice bar to chill in after long day in London. Close to bars and restaurants . Price good. 

Overnight stay

We stayed as a parents & daughter + son-in-law for a weekend in London. We decided to eat in the restaurant after a long day. Initially it was a little disappointing as we had to wait about 5 mins for someone to seat us (no staff around), all of the upholstery on the chairs was stained plus the menu was very basic & limited. However, our experience was made so much better by the wonderful staff. The lady serving us (Jannat) was absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful & friendly and a credit to the hotel. Thank you Jannat!

Staff amazing especially Jannat! Restaurant menu limited but food good. Rooms very clean & comfortable.
