Stayed here from Feb 2020 - October 2020. Awful experience. Probably fine for a night or two, but go somewhere else if you’re considering a longer stay. 

My room was damp (see pics attached) so my clothes were ruined as a result, thick with mould, had to throw them away. The damp issues were not solved for the duration of my stay. 

Maintenance team never seem to know what they were doing or how to solve any issue. 

A very poor experience. Was delighted to leave.

10 miserable months

We stayed here for its proximity to Kew Gardens which was the main reason for our visit. It was great to have a parking space for our car as once we had arrived at the destination we did not want to use the car again. Besides the easy access to Kew Gardens it was also in close proximity to buses, underground and Kew Garden Village which had a good variety of eating places. 
I hope it gets sold to another group as a going concern, it would be a shame to lose such a brilliant facility.

Excellent apartment with everything required.

Fantastically appointed apartment with all mod cons with comfortable bed in quiet location. However, when we arrived, it wasn't immediately apparent that this was the correct house as there are a few 'Clarendons' around here and there was no number displayed. This was compounded by the fact that, half an hour after check-in time it became obvious that no one was going to arrive to let us in. Luckily some other residents suggested we go round a blind corner and down some steps where a board displayed instructions. Luckily, my wife's mobile was getting a signal as mine wasn't. Once in, I found that the Wifi wasn't working and when I reported this the following morning I was told to pursue it with the Wifi provider!  Clearly there was no way anyone was going to assist unless something catastrophic occurred. I repeat that the standard of the apartment could not be faulted but human assistance was missing..

Perfect for Kew Gardens and the tube.

It's a shame that they are selling it.   We loved staying there.  We had hoped to return this year but the property was being sold. But I highly recommend the company.  Their operation is first class.  And we have used them since


Great Place

Stayed one night after watching England play Japan at Twickenham. Very comfortable and clean. Wonderful location couldn't fault it, the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a bit hot but that is just nitpicking. Will definately visit again.

Quiet & spacious w/all you need to be comfortable
& homey!  =)  Minutes away from the tube & stores!
Lovely safe neighborhood to walk, & view the different
homes!  Kew!  Close to Kew Gardens & the British Archives!
You'll be Pleased you stayed in Kew!  =)  A welcome basket
was also provided!  A very nice touch!

Location!  Location!

The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. There is no reception but the instructions for getting the key were very clear and easy. Kew underground is a 5 minute walk. At the station is a square with all the shops you need. A big Sainsbury is 15 minutes walking. The neighbourhood is quiet apart from the airplanes to Heathrow. We got used to that in 2 days and were out most of the time anyway. The staff is excellent. Our washingmachine did not work and they did everything they could (and more) to make it possible for us to do our washing.
