I had seen the reviews well before booking, eager to make my own opinion, I was not disappointed. Indeed fan of koh-lanta, strong boyard, and other entertainment, what an adventure! passed the door, and yet adorable welcome of the governess, the state of the room and the hotel and even a parody, a film alone, dead flies, cockroaches, spiders (miam miam) hair falling off the tracks of all kinds in the bathroom, tattoos etc. Obviously, we found the governess to make her doubtful part and she offered us another quite pleasant room, which was going to be a complicated missile, but we didn't understand why she didn't recognize it.

Aventure that can be accomplished

Abominable!!! The cleaning services have not been done and the main bed 2 seats is broken which makes the bed a basin. A suffocating heat. We were shown a new room but just as dirty. The hotel entrance door is always wide open so anyone can enter the hotel.

It's horrible.

Ideally located 15 minutes' walk from Salers, this hotel deserves a little refreshment, especially the pool terrace and the rooms are somewhat decent.

When we arrived at the hotel at 5:30 pm, the doors were closed. We had to wait for the manager to come. The room was not ready! After half an hour of verbiage emphasizing the difficulty of finding staff and for that reason, in the state of almost obvious abandonment (gulls dug up on the living room table), we decided to leave without even looking at the condition of the room. Now we were charged for the amount of the overnight... Conclusion: absolute dishonesty. A health check from the UMIH is required... a matter to be followed. And most importantly advice: avoid all hotels under the responsibility of the Village Fani group. It's a shame we can't put a zero in. And don't be fooled by the comments that are made to save this, which may not be the case anymore.

The Refuge of Dishonesty

A 10-minute walk from the centre of Salers, this 24-room hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are pleasant and very quiet. A beautiful swimming pool helps to recover from the day's effort, there are snacks for everyone! The breakfast buffet is very busy, salty food lovers will be satisfied. The owners and staff are really friendly and willing to satisfy us. A nice address to spend a few days in this area.

Comfortable, well located, we had a good night in spite of bad weather, spacious room with shower and bath, terrace we couldn't use because of bad weather, damaged.

Very comfortable, friendly staff. Normal lunch. impeccable bed, big bed. Close to the tourist village in a green setting. 2 nice nights resting. Sheltered parking behind the hotel. Nice well maintained swimming pool.

Very calm and restful

Hello, we slept in this hotel on Saturday, August 21, all the other guests being full in the center. Except that we paid 10 euros for our little dog without warning, the 3-star hotel is not up to a 1 star as a bed, 2 foam camping mattresses laid on top of each other, dirty black carpet, no soundproofing, sad decoration to die. We travel a lot with my wife to many countries, and on my side I sleep for my work giving more than 200 nights a year in hotels in France of any category but I admit that a 100 for a single room is the first time.

Disgraceful benefits for a three-year-old

I didn't have the opportunity to stay at this establishment because I had to cancel my booking by email long before my scheduled stay date in August. The owners claimed not to have received the email and took away the sum of 100 euros and never wanted to show honesty. Neither mother, father nor son.
