My friends and I have taken 3 apartments. They are all very nice and functional. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The building where they are located is central, a few steps from the metro, restaurants and shopping mall. I recommend them, also because they are in the area of Berlin that I prefer.

Perfect location,clean,comfortable, kitchen, quiet place,population without problems,by the subway.Room box not worn out,clean bathroom,clothes,television.Mild Wi-Fi.There is a fridge,plot,kitchen accessories.

We stayed in the apartments in February at 3 o'clock.The lovely owner,Leonid, met,told everything and showed him why thank you!The apartments are furnished well,a large 2 bedroom bed and sofa,the mini-kitchen also has everything you need,even a coffee machine)))that's very nice.

It's a great apartment.

I stayed in this apartment as a couple for 5 nights. The apartment is located in a very comfortable position, easily accessible by all means of transport, a few steps from the U-Bahn station (Wittenbergplatz) and about 10 minutes walk from the ZOO; it is practically located in the shopping area, in fact it is located about 100 meters from KaDeWe and all the other fashion shops (Nike, Uniqlo, Zara, Forever21, etc.). The apartment is also in a very convenient location, easily accessible by all means of transport. The apartment is a monocoque with a small double bed and privacy, TV (but no more privacy in our area), table and 3 chairs (a)... equipped with a miniature bar and freezer, in fact it is located about 100 meters from all the other fashion shops (Nike, Uniqlo, Zara, Forever21, etc.).

It's a great location, but...

Three times in a couple of years we stayed in these apartments....The main advantage is the very good location. The rooms are located on a very quiet pedestrian street Anzbacher, 100 meters from the metro and the Kadewa. Another global plus-over is the Kaiser supermarket, unlike the overwhelming majority of Berlin's grocery stores that operate on weekends and holidays. Also from the plus-low price and Russian-speaking staff.

A social gathering in the city centre

Surely in a strategic position to visit Berlin, a few meters from the Wittemberplatz subway station, this residence meets the needs of those who also want to prepare a fast food at home. Surely the presence of a Nespresso with its capsules marks a point in favor of the residence especially for those who want a real espresso coffee! Well equipped kitchen with a cooking plan, microwave, electric boiler and toaster.

Good with some buts.

These apartments are located in the heart of Berlin's shopping center, on the Kudamm. There are several apartments in the building. With a balcony on the 3rd floor. Inside there is everything you need to cook yourself.

KaDeWe from the window (almost)

We stayed five nigths in apartment 501. Quite funny that we were beforehand asked to announce when we arrive at Ansbacher Str. 9 and this is the address the company uses on their website as well. Luckily 8-14 was rigth opposite, because we choose the apartment because of its excellent location.
The man who brought us the key was very friendly. The apartment as such was nice, but we really missed something else than bedsit. There was a table and three plastic Ikea-chairs that were changed to wooden chairs the next day because of the weight-limit. The limit for the wooden chairs was though the same as for the plastic ones. So if one of the persons planning to stay in the apartment weights more than 100 kg's, then be prepared to sit on the very low bed only.
The apartment was clean and basic, and equipped with most things you need. What we missed was some clothes hangers. The apartment was a bit worn out, and the philosophy of maintenance seems to be "if it's not completely broken, then it's still ok". Several reviewers have mentioned the smell in the bathroom - and yes, the smell of sewer is quite disgusting. Especially when it seems to increase when staying in the apartment.
The location is excellent and the apartment was very peaceful and quiet. If you only need a place to sleep, then the apartment is ok. But if you plan to spend some time in the apartment eg. working then forget it! The free wifi worked excellent, but it's tough to work sitting on the bed. And the chairs are extremely uncomfortable...

Great location, but...

I must have been before the Berlin City Apartment business practices. If you want to have a roof over your head, you should look elsewhere! Bookings are unjustifiably canceled and prices increased afterwards. So it happened to me. I booked a room through the portal venere.com. After that I received an email from the owner SchönLife Immobilien Boer und Kerem GbR indicating that my booking was canceled. Then comes the hammer: Due to allegedly false credit card details.

Cancelled and withdrawn

The apartment on Ansbacher Strasse is located near Ku'damm, the commercial area of the city rich in shops and shopping centers, two steps from the immense KaDeWe. The location is perfect, two steps from the Wittemberg Platz subway and the bus stops 100 and 200 with which you reach the historic center in a few minutes.
