Around tip top. warmth, cleanliness and comfort in the overall package. Even more so, reactions to extra requests and non-daily situations are very pronounced.

Heart and mind!

I had the great pleasure to stay in this hotel during the last week and I can only recommend this fantastic place breathing seafaring history. 
In the whole house you see memories of the former use of the house as living quarters for the fishing fleet and their training during the times of the GDR. The owners and the whole team are superb, making hospitality not just a word, but LIVING it to the best imaginable! The breakfast is more than rich, offering something for every taste. The rooms are cozy with good furniture, a big entrance hall, fridge and a comfortable bathroom. The beds are splendid, so after a long day, time for rest can be well used. Around the hotel, there is the fishing harbour, a supermarket, a gasoline station and the train station, connecting you with Rostock and Warnemuende in next to no time. 
All in all, I can only say congratulations to the owners, having maintained this jewel in top condition and I can hugely recommend it!

Fantastic place - Always again

I've been to this hotel twice in a short time and I'm positively surprised. Admittedly, you wouldn't expect a hostel like this in the area (industrial area-port area!) but the owners have made something special out of it and are really trying. This must be respected! I was staying in a sweet like I've never experienced on business trips before. And this at a sensationally affordable price.

Surprise in the Hidden

First of all, I'd like to say that I don't give a very good impression from the outside. I didn't book this property myself, but I was booked there. Due to the many negative reviews on various portals, I definitely wouldn't have booked it here. Located in the industrial area, as a woman alone, I definitely wouldn't walk around there at night. From the outside, it's not a very nice impression, but it doesn't necessarily depend on that.

Not a hotel, rather a boarding house.

The works were not yet completed, but the new room was large and modernly furnished. A refrigerator is included. Many free parking spaces and the S-Bahn (Rostock HBF-Warnemünde) can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.

Newly renovated, large rooms

I always like to come back, there is simple, cheap, clean and very friendly staff. Transport links: tram, subway and bus within 5 minutes walking distance. Parking is free. Simple but good fruitful plot for 5 euros.

Wonderful and great price performance

Great, large, clean, freshly renovated room with generous bathroom, cheerful enthusiasm, big windows. We were there on the weekend, very quiet. At the beginning there is still some GDR charm but the house is under monument protection and this is certainly not easy. Breakfast rooms looked very cozy. Ideal to spend inexpensive time in Warnemünde. Located in the commercial area, close to a subway station. Good to reach by car.

I 'd love to be back.

Didn't I like the price too high in the middle of the night you're afraid to go through the reception barely occupied just safe building is dirty and so has it smelled too for the price you get in rostock a modern hotel

The number

On the occasion of the seating of a dear friend in Warnemünde, we had booked 2 nights. Then we discovered the sign reception. On an open door, the counter is empty. On a Friday morning, we had more time planned for a possible highway stop. At 1.15 p.m. we arrived at the hotel. We had many expectations at the affordable price. An old building in the industrial area/backyard. As far as we were concerned, there was a dark staircase in the building. Then we discovered the sign reception.

Guest or beggar?

You get what you pay. And for about 50 Euro during summer season you will get a quite spacious room (with lofty ceiling), mostly simple but functional Ikea furniture, tv, a real refrigerator and a standard modern bathroom, as well as free parking and a good location between Warnemunde and Rostock City with a train station and supermarket close to the hostel. My only complaint is the somewhat useless shower curtain, which is too long and also doesn´t keep the water where it should be. Resulting in black mould between the tiles on the floor in front of the shower and making the bathroom looking more shabby than it actually is. There is also free wifi at the hostel, but you need to get the code before from the staff. So if you arrive late and get your room key from the deposit safe, you have to wait till the next morning. As these are only minor and amendable complaints I would still recommend this hostel also for more than one night because of its good location and parking space for car travellers. By the way, the port located very good "Fischmarkt Rostock" Restaurant is just a walk away!
