Hotel is very well located on the main avenue.  It is very clean and staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room and overall ambience is not modern and room did not have ac which was a bit of a problem given that the weather was quite warm. But the hotel was quite comfortable and pre booked breakfast more.than adequate. A good cheap hotel that is recommended for short stays in the area. 

Cheap and cheerful

This grey soviet looking hotel far from the town centre of Mazeikiai, one of the most ugly places I have ever seen, is a 3 star with decent, quiet and clean rooms, which is the only good things about this accommodation. The hotel itself, attached to a big antenna radio, just enough to radiate your body for the night,  is nearly empty and only one floor, the last, was probably opened for guests. No tourist would stay here in this hotel or in this part of Lithuania, in fact I stayed here only for family reason.
You arrive on the fourth floor by lift, and there are no stairs. No stairs!! I mean, there are 2 stairs in this building.... but one is locked by a door which show the emergency exit, locked and with a table in front, just to add an extra obstacle.... Another exit is trough a utility room, without lights, so dark that you cannot see the stairs (not signed and hard to find) , so dark that if there is anything on the floor you would not see it and you would trip and fall through the stairs;  the exit door or the door of this utility room (which is the same) had keys attached to the lock, ready to be locked for the night and have the guest in a possible fire trap. So I decided by my own initiative to remove these keys and I put them back only when I checked out.
In the room there were no Evacuation Plan exposed,which legally should be showed in any hotel.... and this is the only hotel that would actually badly need one. 
Basically: if there is a fire in this hotel, you are likely to be trapped and die.
The breakfast for an extra €5: very basic, like a free breakfast included in  typical city backpackers hostel dorm fee

I stayed here wirh my son for one night while we drove around exploring.The area is typical ex-soviet looking.The hotel booking was cheap a twin room for about £30.00 but its basic.fairly clean.we were on fourth floor overlooking the big church opposite.Our big window in room opened fully which was a bit scary if a child stays there.We noticed the fire exit in the hallway was locked! So you would have to use the lift in a fire(LoL).on the second floor there must be an entrance to a bridge that connects to a huge Aerial.Breakfast was €5.00 extra each or £4.00 and it was awful.Somebody in the reviews said the ommlettes were nice?(HaHa)! Yuck!! Breakfast here not worth more than a fiver for both guests.Theres a car park thats free at rear of hotel or a public car park opposite the front entrance.A good pizza restaurant just down the road called CanCan is good.
