Bathroom mold loose plungers in bathrooms on the floor (for pump toilet) mattresses spread out, good breakfast (a lot of homemade) staff friendly housekeeping very noisy on the hallway, whether to suck it at 8:30??

Extremely noisy hotel.
Owner keeps two noisy cocketiel parrots at reception that screached every day at 7am all the way to 10pm. Staff couldn't do anything as owner was on holiday and they were too shy to contact him.
The doors on the bedroom are so poorly insulated, it means you hear everything from people talking and walking up and down the corridors.
Not a place to stay if on holiday. Work trips might be ok.

Noisy hotel

At first, we were supposed to stay overnight (come to the hotel at night) and then go on to Europe from the mornings, but we arrived here at 4:00. We were really thinking about what we were going to do here, but the hotel pleased us. First, there was a chat room in the hotel's yard, where we got ourselves a nice table and dinner. Then we were offered to go to the bathroom and the jacuzzi at the hotel. It was great! The jacuzzi was huge, we were 8 people. (children included), everyone settled in without any tightness.

It's a great hotel.

We start from the positive aspects of this hotel: _ comfortable position to reach any point in Lomza; _ very large and bright room; _ varied breakfast for both the docle and the salad and very kind breakfast staff; _ small spa really well done. As for the aspects to be improved: _ staff, except for the owner, who does not speak English; _ room rearranged to alternate days; _ bed rearranged in a way that is not to say much summary; _ absence of refrigerator bar in my room (room superior); _ intrusion into my room of staff to remove the divider from my room in favor of the room of good friends.

There's a lot of room for improvement.

It's a nice hotel, conveniently located near the highway. Nice staff, clean room. It's nice to have a children's room and sauna, there's a restaurant near the hotel, you can eat dinner for a moderate amount of money and breakfast is served there from the morning.

Stop by the road

We were a group of 12 staying here for a friends wedding which was at another location, so the hotel was chosen for convenience and just used as a bedroom as such for the 3 days.
We arrived after midnight on the Friday and the receptionist was helpful in getting our rooms sorted. The rooms are well decorated but the single sized beds seem small by uk comparison. They were not necessarily uncomfortable but certainly not above average either.
Breakfast however, was outstanding. A great selection of meats, salads, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, fresh omelettes and coffee were all readily enjoyed by all, with no complaints from any member of the group.
The hotel was clean, modern and tidy and staff were always helpful with organising taxis and directions etc.

Great breakfast, friendly staff

We stayed one night in a deluxe double room, which was large and modern. There's a gate to the parking lot that opens with your keycard. I think the reception closed at 10 pm, but you can get in with your keycard. There's a small spa with a steam suana that's actually hot, a normal sauna where you can actually throw water, and a hot tub. It might get small if there are more people but there was no one else than us. We thought that the breakfast is included but it wasn't. The breakfast was good anyway and worth the price. The person at the reception didn't speak English and first said there's no massage, but it's possible. They can call someone to the hotel who offers massage. It wasn't the strongest massage I've been to. All in all very nice stay for one night.

A hotel with a nice little spa

No one speaks English. For three nights there was no room service. The beds were not made, the bathroom was not cleaned. The trash had to be taken out by yourself, the toilet paper had to be picked up by yourself, the towels had to be picked up by yourself. The service at the restaurant was ok. The breakfast was rich but not chilled. The bed was small, 140 cm wide, a larger bed for two people. The spa area is small but very fine. Everything has to be paid in advance. There is no single safe in the whole house. So the rating is unfortunately insufficient despite some few plus points.

Poor service

I spent two nights here separated by several days when traveling to and from Warsaw-Augustow. Don't get the single room - it is too small. Nice staff, locked gate parking, good restaurant, bakery next door. No elevator, small showers, very slow Wi-Fi, single beds are too small for adult males. Rooms are quiet, with most facing away from the street. Good value, but given the option, I would choose to try a different hotel next time.

Acceptable

I have to say that I came back to this hotel for the second time, but I was a little disappointed with my experience of staying. My room had only a small window on a back parking lot of the hotel and this, accompanied by the dim light of the room, made it dim. Among other things, the desk was not equipped with any table light. The bed had a good mattress, but the wooden side edges are uncomfortable, and give a sense of past. The wifi never worked well: of the two access points, the one with the most powerful signal was always networked, while the one outside the upstairs had a very weak and very poor speed signal, which is virtually useless.
