We had 4 rooms on the second floor. Plus: we liked everything!!! In the room there were large beds, comfortable mattresses and pillows, clean white linen, refrigerator, safe, air conditioner, large TV, telephone to communicate with the administrator, on the floor a flat panel and a toilet. We cleaned every day, it was always clean. On the first floor there was a cooler with water (cold and hot), a dining room.

We'll definitely be back again!!!

The room was beautiful, but if you look down below, it's a half-destroyed apartment block under the balcony. The room is comfortable, clean. The food is tasty but uniform. The rooms are clean. The main problem for us was the loud music, which started at 6 p.m. and ended at 23-30.

Not a quiet place.

I love the boarding house, the rooms are clean, it's a minute from the sea, there's a swimming pool with water and a children's pool, there's an elevator in the three-story building, the food is always fresh, volunteer staff.

At the blueest sea.

Our room was on the 3rd floor with a view to the sea. Our rooms had all the amenities: fans, air conditioner, refrigerator, teapot, cups, toy toy. Drinking water could be found in the kitchen counter. The staff room was very polite and cultural. The food in the dining room was delicious, although the rooms were very good. There were baby chairs. The kids were always very comfortable with the bathroom. One of the girls was always on the bathroom table. One of the girls wanted to have a bathroom, but it would have been a lot of fun to get out of the bathroom.

I chose this hotel based on one important criterion: it is close to the sea. It is not a new hotel but well maintained and most importantly it is on the shore of the sea, meters from the sea.

Convenient location by the sea

Last year, we decided to stay in the center. Oh, my god! We regretted 100 times that we chose this cottage on the floor in the carpet room that hadn't been washed since it was first planted. The cottage has a foul smell of sewerage (no repair work is done). This smell evokes working reflexes. It's constant. You can see the quality of the water in the hotel.

The worst hotel.

I'll start with the fact that we were a family of 3 (two adults + 1 child 6 years old) on the beach in July 2022... and what I want to tell you is that the boarding house is in a stunning location - it's the golden middle of the waterfront, separated by a thin, thick cape. To the sea, it's literally 1.5 minutes and you're on the beach.

It's a good boarding house.

We're regular guests of the boarding house, we were obviously unhappy today, the girls at the reception were unhappy, they were rude, they were not ethical, they were not kind, their husband's birthday is a minute, the service is disgusting, no more footing in this place, we don 't advise anyone.

After a wonderful September holiday last year, we decided to rest from 1 June. It was a brilliant decision. First Carnival was the opening of the season. Then the Festival of Street Theaters. Then a set of events for the Russian Day. Two weeks later, concerts, performances, master classes, etc. were held in all the venues. One of the venues around the boardroom. Since the Central Square was also in the chat room, we were able to see, review, hear and see. From different cities, many young talents came.

We'll have to come again!

The biggest advantage of the boarding house is its location, everything is within walking distance to rest with the children. If you want the beach to be free and cleaner, you can walk 2 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the public transport stop. For example, you can only drive to the cape of Tolstoy in 20 minutes. In the winter days you can comfortably sit by the pool, children are delighted with the water keg. In the shade there is a children's playground. Breakfast, lunch, dinner Swedish table: always present and fish, chicken, and meat; various vegetables are also available in fresh and steamed varieties; delicious coffee!
