It's a beautiful hotel! Not many people pay attention to the design of the hotel itself now. There were slippers and dresses in the room. All the amenities are there. The price/quality ratio is all right. Tea and coffee are poured at the reception for free. The bedding was clean, the TV, the air conditioning. We liked it.

Hotel itself is a three-star hotel. There are no fens in the rooms in principle. Mattresses somewhere are full of scum.

Average hotel with hourly rates.

I came with my wife to this hotel. We took a room for 4500 allegedly from a jacuzzi and all that. The result: the jacuzzi didn't fill at all, the stream was like rain, to the question why the pressure was so weak they replied: In Moscow everywhere this. Next, the room was terrible dirty, and the case was waiting for a mouse or rat to escape. The clothes were dirty with yellow spots. The description said the slippers of the jacuzzi, the slippers were not and the slippers were as if to say, you had ever walked in a hole?

It's disgusting!

It's not a hotel, it's not even a hotel, it's a community hall, it's a reception desk, and it's a commando from a shovel, and it's both behavioural and physical.

You can't call it a hotel.

Everything's great, clean and not expensive. A comfortable soft bed, everything works, cozy and for a few hours it's just super. There's always room available. I wanted to turn on the fireplace, but it didn't work, it's the only downside, but it was just lazy to handle.

The first time we were in this hotel at the Profussy, we got the most expensive room, everything was fine. The second time we got the Rome subway. We had room 5 with a huge jacuzzi. I'll start with the pluses. The hotel itself is beautiful, there is a place to drink tea and coffee, a beautiful aquarium, the view in the hall is quite clean. At the reception the girls are very cute, they pour tea and coffee for free. In the room were towels and slippers. At our request they brought a glass of champagne. The towels are towels, 200 rubles a piece, the room has a chic huge jacuzzi, there are condiments and televisions. The bed linen was cleaner and fresher. In a couple of days the bed was about 4500. And now it's huge. In a minute, the flood, but it was impossible to open the towels on the floor, the towels were not wet at all.

It's full of crap!!!

It's 9 degrees, the TV's not working, one set of towels for two, furniture and a one-star bed... through the plastic windows, you can hear the street... no air conditioning... for anyone who wants to test themselves.

The cold

The door to the castle was not closed (the lichen was broken), so it was suggested that you pay extra and live in another room (as if it wasn't our problem). In the room itself the wardrobes kept on the scotch,in the bathroom there was no door in the shower room.

I'm not recommending it!

If you want to feel hell, then you have to visit this hotel. I stopped there only because the destination of my arrival in this wonderful city was nearby. The first thing we discovered was the lack of hot water. And what you want, the whole of Moscow doesn't have hot water now! tried to convince me at the reception. My objections that your hotel and the simplest boilers should have been provided for these cases, I was offered to bring in a teacup and water.

Horror and nightmare

The interior itself is elegant, but the rest... on 10th Street, and in room +10, the air conditioner is not working, they gave the heater, there was little use for it.
