Of course, this is an unacceptable situation, but I think you should explain the administrator's answer. Right before your call several already-resident guests came to you with a request to extend the reservation for a few more days, but in the program to extend these rooms she has not yet succeeded. I understand that for you the situation looked terrible, as if the sales manager didn't want to move you, but she was very upset that she had to refuse to extend the administration of one of the stained-glass living rooms that had already been booked from the island! In any case, we would consider your behavior to be uncomfortable and we would be very happy to see that you have done all the work with her.

The hotel was very nice, very convenient, we were driving and it was just on the outskirts of town, the cleanliness was unreal, the fan was good, the shower was clean, a lot of towels.

The only drawback is the window that wasn't there. It's very hot without it.
