Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. On the day of arrival, guests will receive a code to access the apartment. When entering and leaving the apartments, you must confirm your check-in and check-out through the form sent to the mail and WhatsApp.
Noisy companies, parties, celebrations, smoking are prohibited in the apartments.
Guests can be provided with reporting documents upon request prior to booking.
Prepayment is charged in the amount of the cost of one night stay. It must be paid within 24 hours, and if the reservation occurs on the day of arrival, then within an hour. Free cancellation is possible 3 days prior to arrival.
A second or more set of bed linen is provided to guests for an additional fee of RUB 200.00 per stay.
