These apartments are only rented out to young groups who intend to go out for a party. Screams, loud music, beats... Impossible to sleep. Especially those of today, November 5, 2021.

Very noisy.

When we arrived we had to sign a paper with all the regulations of the room. So there went all the hospitality! They told us also that they had stopped with surving breakfast. Coffee or tea were always available. The rooms are tiny but modern. The windows are shut and painted white so you can't look through them.The day we arrived we accedently spilled some sugar on the floor, the day we left the sugar still layed on the floor. The beds werd confortable, but there were holes in the sheets and on the blanket were stains.

226 exclusive rooms ?

Although the uncertainty surrounded us in the days leading up to our arrival at the hotel due to last-minute changes to our reservation (cancellation of breakfast and limited reception hours - only 8 hours a day -), the reception and stay were correct.

It's all right.

I made the reservation for three nights for a doble room, one bed. When we arrived at the hotel the person working at the front desk was very polite and gave as information-about Barcelona. And let me know about the rules in the apartment, no noise after nine and also in the letter said they were not responsible for any loss of valuables in the room. We went-to our room to find out it was two very tiny single beds like a kids room. The employee left the office, so nobody was around to resolve the problem. At night the noise was terrible since there are two bars next to the apartment and another crossing the street. I didn’t feel secure at all there. Next day “they cleaned the room” never changed the towels, linens or wiped the floor. They just did the bed with same linens and let the same wet towels in the rack to get dry and reuse it. 
I made the reservation due to the reviews, I don’t know why these apartments have such a good reviews. It was totally a ripoff!!!  Very small room and dirty bathroom.

Not what I expected, Very disappointed! 

El depto has everything and it's big. The rooms are very independent. Everything new and of good quality. The location is great, you can walk around the attractions of grace and in 30 minutes you can reach the Gothic quarter.

In the family.

We stayed in this hotel last year. Our room was comfortable, spacious and well furnished although it had an unusable window (located upstairs and not open). When we arrived the room smelled of smoke and was immediately changed. Good breakfast of the day suitable for our needs. Plus: drinks always available to guests, a very appreciated courtesy.

Good posture and courtesy

It's a nice reception, a simple breakfast, but it's affordable, and the rooms are very simple but modern. Unfortunately, as soon as I entered my room, I realized that it was virtually windowless, there's the window but unusable for both view and air change, in fact from a wall of a small cloister and I tried to open it but there was a strong kitchen smell and it was still above the bed. Also, as soon as I entered the room I found black hair everywhere, both on the floor and on the bathroom walls and inside the closet. Not sure my parents who I just entered and they're still blond. I really don't understand the reviews that I've trusted that don't specify anything about the window and talk about cleaning.

Very good experience spending one night in this hotel: nice welcome, modern style, confortable and clean room, good breakfast.
Only one improvement area: serve breakfast sooner than 8:30am.
Good price for value.

Straightforward hotel

We stayed 2 nights in Barcelona 226 and have nothing to say! The reception was excellent, everything is done to make your stay easier. The rooms are clean, functional and simple but nice decoration. Good bedding, bathroom with large shower. Sufficient storage. Simple but good lunch. Possibility to leave your luggage on the day of your departure and pick it up in the day. Ideal location, close to Diagonal Avenue and 800m from line 3 leading to Catalunya Square. I highly recommend.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. to support windows and doors but in the apartment complex clean and equipped with every comfort.
