Rooms with used sheets (OOH, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!), the TV no going (no te dan ni mando between the mountain of chairs that are in the reception, all disrupted), noises everywhere... is a waste...Ah! And forget, that neither they are going to return you the money, nor are they going to give you a complaint sheet. That's the worst. No parking nearby and the only thing that makes people go here is that they will be out of the train and, as is the next station, well that...I hope you stay in a house where you have celebrated the party, and with all the disruptions.

The House of Horrors...repugnant.

We went to another hotel because we couldn't be there between the dirt, the cold, and the TV. Not only did they give us the money (which we're going to claim consumption and denounce tourism), but we had to call the police because they don't even have their own complaints sheets. It's, in all fairness, a scam. The owner attempting to blackmail us to withdraw the complaint and release the items in the middle of a bargain exchange.

A fraudster of care.

My husband and I stayed one night to pick up the car early in the morning. Obviously by the price and the situation you know that the hostel is what it is. Small but clean room. Not enough bedding for my taste. Only a fine savannah. The worst is undoubtedly the mattress/somier. No eyelids all night. Every turn you give a few chirrids that seemed like the bed was unchanged for 20 years.

The room is a bit old-fashioned, it's basic, but it's fair and it was clean. We were very well taken care of and the clean lady is a woman's charm. It's a cheap place not to expect to be luxurious.

A simple but pleasant stay.

I think my opinion is more balanced than the general clientele. Classic Hostal, simple, convenient and cheap to deny. Economy is perfect for me, even if I have my room on the third floor without an elevator and some details that are unattractive to me is what makes a Pension/Hostal Typical Galician authentic.

Very affordable price, very friendly and helpful employees. A little noisy throughout the day, due to the busy area where it is located. Clean room. Perfect for a night's stay. The photos here presented by the establishment do not correspond to the reality of the room where I stayed.

Simple stay at a good price

Unexpectedly, we had to stay overnight in Ourense, and I looked for the cheapest accommodation possible. It wasn't a 5 star, but it was clean, although the room had a few pieces of paint fallen off and some stains of oxide in the bathroom. Its location is good just a few minutes from the Roman Bridge. In the basement there is a very lively café, with people all the time, students and others coming to eat their excellent snacks and tapas. I could find free parking in the surroundings, although it is opposite Renfe station, where there is parking. One thing that surprised me is that the TV in the room was a SmartTV with a lot of content.

A good stay relationship/quality

The photos of when you buy it on Aliexpress can be seen on their website, what you find is actually what you see in the photos that I attach..HORRIBLE!! Any similarity between what they advertise and what you find is pure coincidence.They have some renovated rooms and they flatter you by saying that they are all similar.

A genuine fraud is a fraud.

While staff friendly and place is fairly clean , though dated and in need of some repair, if you’re looking for a quiet nights sleep - go somewhere else. Walls are paper thin. Every room looks into a busy street ( it’s just across from railway station ). The location is convenient if you want to be near station but you are approx 25 min good walk from historic centre.,not worth what I paid for it, it’s a noisy hostal.

I arrived tired of flying hours and guagua. I was very politely expected to arrive and really felt well accompanied throughout the stay. I read disadvantaged opinions but nothing to do with reality. All very professional. I have a grateful memory. Repeat.
