The price ratio is not the warmest place, no shower curtains or electrical appliances accessible without the impression of disturbing while we pay the price, I recommend.

Hello listeners and listeners clean room and breakfast with Viennese and coffee at will. the price is in my opinion 10€ too expensive. however I recommend this establishment.

We have come to spend the night at this hotel for a family party and we will not renew the experience. The room is small and the electrical outlets are almost non-existent. There are litters but the blankets are absolutely not trustworthy. The cherry on the cake goes back to the water room...a door is in poor condition to separate the room. No door or curtain at the shower level and the sink mixer is also used for the shower... A room of very poor quality but a hotel that still survives due to the lack of competition in the sector...

Very low end

From Vendôme, the only free hotel but only bad surprises on arrival. The whole staff at the reception barely speak French and frankly not welcoming. This hotel is really not worth stopping there. The breakfast is said to be included in the price of the room was finally not included, and the staff shuts down on the fact that they did not understand but no apologies or commercial gesture. Attention these Balladins managers are people to be neglected. As for the room, wet carpet at the bottom of the bed. And to finish, a permanent smell of incense in the communes as well as in the breakfast room. I hope that the managers of this hotel will take note of my inquiry and lead their post.

The hostess told me that breakfast is not understood without trying to figure out why. No possibility of having a plate for breakfast. It is a shame for a chain that is trying to renew itself (cf. boss incognito).

Unpleasant reception

I just spent 2 nights in the balladins de vendome hotel and I wouldn't have spent another one. Very average hotel, poor telephone network, wifi that doesn't work properly, problem of receiving signal with the television many channels that we don't catch and the one that we catch have untimely cuts, plus for a non-smoking hotel found holes not made cigarette ashes on the covers and ended up a cruel lack of power sockets, one shot in the whole room and not even located ready for the head of the bed.

Just to fix it.

Maybe the Italian standards are higher, but this hotel could be very decorated, the bathroom in the room was very small, then for the rest, it wasn't so bad, the buffet breakfast was discreet.

Practical, but improving.

Hôtel balladins Vendome Vendome Bastante bien 517408723 Highway hotel, fairly clean, the great rooms, the impeccable bathroom, the perfect breakfast, and quality fairly reasonable price, good hotel for those who make the route UK to Spain.

We were in formed by hotel via email it would be closed on Sunday 9th Oct, this I translated into English, they sent us codes for door & gate, and told keys inside hanging up. We hadn't stayed at Balladins before so weren't aware of the check in  procedure. When we arrived tried to book in on the automatic booking machine - the screen kept saying it had no record of our booking, I put in our credit card which I had used for the booking, my name, tried booking.com  reference, tried every which way & it said no record. So we decided to make a completely new booking and pay again, and then sort it out in the morning when there was actually somebody there, which was not til 8 am. So we stayed in the original room allocated and kept both sets of keys. Next morning I tried to explain situation to the waitress who setting up the breakfast, although she didn't speak any English at all and my french was useless she did grasp what had had happened. she went off to get manager/owner. When he appeared he knew what had happened but was rabbiting on and on even though he could tell I did not understand one word  - yes I did realise what I had done wrong I only needed to use to code for the door to gain entry( we realised this when we obtain a key when we made fresh booking at automated  machine) - anyway he seemed reluctant to give me a refund - I kept pointing to the card machine with my debit card - so then he wrote out a cheque ? and gave me a cheque, I said no bien - I didn't have a french bank account  what was I suppose to do with a french cheque, he kept going on  -I just kept saying no and shaking my head for several minutes before he opened a draw and gave me the cash, why couldn't he of done that to begin with, -HE COULD OF BEEN MORE HELPFUL . I would not stay there again. Although I would use other Balladins hotels :  With hindsight all I needed to do was just put in code on the door which had been sent to me and it was that simple, it could of been mentioned  to me no check in required just go straight to entrance door- (but I thought we had to check in first, didn't even think - but when you have been travelling for 16 hours you are somewhat tired ) The room was small, bathroom very small, but  clean you only get what you pay for, it was OK for overnight stay. WE DROVE TO TOWN CENTRE - VENDOME IS A LOVELY TOWN AND HAS SOME NICE HOTELS IN TOWN CENTRE. WELL WORTH A VISIT.
