Dishonest, aggressive, unkind... for many weeks I've been waiting for the refund of a part of my stay that I had to interrupt... but the deaf ear is putting me wrong... my insistence... television in the room very small and very few chains... small room, parked in a demanding decoy, dirty tables with wiped jam traces with a paper towel dating back several days... to avoid.

To avoid despite its ideal location.

Hotel (if you can call it a hotel) unhealthy, noisy, non-existent hospitality... For the rooms, you really need to want to sleep! The bathroom is clogged, the toilet is broken, the sink is clogged, the toilet towels are stained! For the evening meal total amateurism! Avoid Basque tuna: which is tuna in a box with a ratatouille also in a box, the pasta not eaten because of its smell and color! We preferred not to take breakfast (already set) and run away as soon as possible. Basically, do not set foot in it!!!

Get out of here!

Very friendly, helpful, attentive staff reception, clean and spacious hotel, good time around a pool or a drink at the bar, good lunch, we'll be back in this place.

I stayed here around June 2020! Very nice welcome, nice rooms. And a great place to come and have a drink & come play billiards with friends! I recommend it if you are looking for a place on Châteaudun to have a good time with family & friends.

It's a good atmosphere.

It's a terrible thing. dirty hotel, bathroom with the bathtub clogged, room overlooking a very noisy street, poor breakfast. It's not expensive but it's not even worth the price. Travelers pass your way, other hotels are available not far away.

Avoid it at all costs

I had a hard time understanding the person at the front door No elevator When I arrived in my room, I found it impossible to lock it, which increased the feeling of discomfort that I felt from the beginning. No catch near the bed, a problem in case of need of medical order Drap holed, dirty and torn bath mattresses, holed napkin; having dropped my money door I had to look under the bed: there was a staggering amount of sheep there.

An Unpleasant Experience

I went there without great expectations and well I was very pleasantly surprised. I was beginning to doubt the general condition of the material present here on Google Maps, but frankly, you're more confident in the note on the hotel booking comparisons, Tripadvisors etc. Surprised by the cleanliness just impeccable of the room. Everything is done to make you feel comfortable, you feel really good in the room. But you'll notice the general condition of the equipment present here as low-powered faucets or light bulbs we say bad-fixed. But frankly, it doesn't seem to spoil the warm atmosphere that the room gives off.

The quality/price is unbeatable!!! I recommend!!!

Very dirty hotel, unsanitary boundary, old bathroom, all the water on the floor and stagnant, poor dinner, we have to pay for the nights on arrival so we couldn't leave, unfortunately.

I'm going to avoid it.

The worst 40 minutes of waiting at breakfast to have a little piece of bread, a very expensive fruit salad, an egg I didn't eat because of its color, a soluble coffee machine, a broken fruit juice machine. We were offered two mini-vienneries when we left for breakfast.

What to Avoid

We spent one night at the Hotel St Louis de Chateaudun and fortunately!!!!! The facade is correct, but the interior is horrible, a very dark reception hall, the tour continues in a wood staircase covered with dust and what to say of the room..... A very unpleasant smell of locked and cold tobacco from the opening of the door, a bed without a bedhead, so tomorrow the black carpet, chocolate splashes on the walls. We immediately open the window that gives on a roof to air out and there we discover a lot of leaky rooms as well as terraces and masks and a receptionist at 20 cm from the level of the window at the end of the morning!!!! Let's go to the hotel room, the bathroom without the sunshine, so the carpet is also dark, so we all know why we didn't come to the bathroom and the bathroom. This is a very small room and we all know that when we come to the bathroom we can't pay a very small price!!!
