Although not close to the centre of Dijon about half hour walk, this B&B offers great accomodation in a lovely setting it seems like been in the french countryside. The hosts are amazing and the fresh breakfast so great

Lovely hosts

The first stop on our tour of France surprised us with the attributes of small, fine, quiet. Although located in a large city, we got little to nothing from the noise that usually prevails in cities. The house was near a park. The city centre is within half an hour's walk. The breakfast seemed to belong to the former (now appropriately arranged) economic area of the premises. The breakfast itself met our expectations, the host was very attentive.

City accommodation in a quiet location

We stayed there one night on the occasion of our return from Annecy our host welcomed us with great kindness by inviting us to tour the property owner. We were able to park in the courtyard. Our room was very cozy. The breakfast was rich and varied with good terroir products. Thank you for this pleasant stay.

Staircase to dijon

We were extremely welcomed at Ludovic's house with Leonard, 3 months old. The suite was decorated with great taste. We were calm and cool on that hot day. Ludovic recommended us several good restaurants. The terrace breakfast was perfect. All for a good price ratio.

What a beautiful step with a baby.

Located on the outskirts of the city in a residential area. Very nice care, very great breakfast (for French standards excellent choice of fruits, dairy products, pastries, slices, cheese). rooms with antique furniture, but comfortable bed, very quiet location. Fair price.

Very nice B&B

We were both on a trip to the south and spent a night at the B&B Marcs d'Or. The host was extremely kind and immediately gave us the feeling of being welcomed. The house has a beautiful garden and is located right next to a small park. Our room was very tastefully furnished and everything was very clean. The breakfast was very extensive for French conditions. All in all, a good choice for people who are travelling or want to visit Dijon for a few days.

Very nice accommodation on the outskirts of Dijon

We loved thee Marcs d'Or from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm and welcoming and the room we stayed in was absolutely charming. We couldn't believe that the large living room, bedroom and bathroom were all for us! The breakfast was the best we had during our 8 day stay in France and they were vegetarian friendly. 

Best of all, I stupidly left my passport and money underneath my pillow. By the time I realised I was 400km away and rather panicked! Ludovic was very kind and couriered my passport and money to a friend in France the next day. I can't thank them enough for a fantastic stay and being so kind and efficient with returning my belongings. Thank you!

Fantastic visit and wonderful people

Nice and warm accommodation. Very comfortable room. A rich and delicious breakfast buffet. All in a super pleasant and relaxing setting, 8 minutes by bus from the city centre.

a stay out of time

Chantal's charming reception and the beautiful breakfast she prepared for us; the charming decoration of the house and our bedroom/bathroom; the comfort of the bed, the small attention (water, tea, coffee in the rooms....) the ideal quiet location but not far from the centre; the whole very well maintained and maintained.

Everything was perfect!

We stayed one night in the downstairs suite. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing and very pleasurable stay. The garden is delightful. Ludovic greeted us on arrival and advised us where to park in Dijon, places to visit and where to eat locally. The following morning, the charming Chantal served a delicious breakfast. We would definitely book again if coming this way on our travels. Such a refreshing change from a large hotel!
