Camping in a tent which is still very basic and expensive in comparison to the benefits. Swimming pool small enough for the size of the campsite. Point +: campsite near the village which allows walking.

It's expensive for the benefits offered.

Nice well-maintained campsite, where you feel at home! Heated swimming pool hours ++ (up to 9pm in summer, top!), great competitive activities (by day) biathlon, dog rando for children, super yoga class... Not much in the evening except on Friday. Good pizzas at the campsite restaurant. We really liked the zen spirit and family of this place.

A relaxing and very pleasant campsite

Second stay in a Huttopia campsite. We opted for the trapper tent. Nothing is missing and the equipment provided is largely sufficient. The setting is very pleasant. The management has been very reactive following a water leakage problem. Only the establishment has hosted women's soccer teams. These teenage girls have been scattered around our tent. We had to intervene twice to get calm after midnight two nights in a row. We don't think the establishment is meant to receive this type of customer because we come there for calm and quick rest. No intervention from the escorts to keep the other residents calm. We asked the management to intervene.

Staying as a couple

We had tested the cottage in the winter, and everything was fine. We went back to the tent with confidence this time. The staff was always welcoming with good advice for hiking. The location and the friendly setting. The living space with pool, baby soccer, social games were very popular, especially in rainy weather. The only hiccup: the sanitation! The hot water is very badly regulated. For the dishes, you had to run the water for a long time to keep it warm, or even change the sink, not to mention the space and the wall where the water was passing and you were sweating your feet... For the kids, either the burning limit (my 8-year-old daughter was just swallowing the water) or the freezing limit between the floor and the water was just too hard to swallow, and especially to have a cooling medium to wash the floor.

Good framework and location, sanitation to be improved

We went as a family with a dog and a baby of one and a half years old in July the space between the cottages nickel chroome, adjacent to the toop and the property of the cottage.

Camping in the wild 🥰

We spent an excellent week in one of the small cottages. Very functional and well thought out: lots of storage, a safe ski rack on the terrace, a wooden fence that makes the place instantly more... warm, a hand-locked system for arrival, a raclette apparatus chef, racket chef, bakery... Ideally located in relation to the station's telecab (about 400m a foot).

It was a great stay.

We stayed in a tent for 10 days as a family of four. This campsite stands out for its very nice setting and location in Font Romeu. The location was right but no one to drive us there with an approximate signage. Half of the sanitation staff stayed closed during the stay while all the places were rented or almost. Washing their dishes has become a challenge given the waiting time: only 4 buckets available for the whole campsite! The pool water is quite cool, the play areas reduced for children. The prices at the bar are quite high. So a mixed experience.

nice setting but equipment behind

Very good stay at huttopia do Romeu, we had arranged in advance to have the place we wanted because indeed not all the cottages are worth it. A very warm welcome and top services like raclettes which is delivered directly to the cottage with good products. The cottage is rather comfortable. I recommend!

Very good stay.

You have to call many times before you have someone at the reception. They ask 80€ just to be able to choose a location when booking. Otherwise, they don't guarantee that you will have a precise location. Proposed tent location for one night at 55€: no shade and no area almost flat. It's impossible to put a tent on it! Fortunately, we were able to get another suitable one. Restaurant with expensive and not good pizzas. Very friendly young staff, but there's no one experienced in the team. It's all in the aesthetics of the place and the superb terrace with swimming pool. The service is not at a high price.

It's a beautiful campsite... but you have to accept being in a cash machine!

2 days in the campsite bus. 75.00 Euros for 2 persons. The campsite buses are totally unsuitable. On slopes with many low branches. Hard to access by dirt roads. Only the service area is correct and well designed, especially the toilet drain.
