We stayed here one night on our way back to the UK via the Channel tunnel (about 1hr away). The house is beautiful, spacious and very tastefully decorated. Our bedroom was charming and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, a huge spread of very tasty home cooked bread, brioche, crepes, clafoutis and jams. Cecilia was the perfect host, professional and very helpful. A short but hugely enjoyable stay

Beautiful peaceful Chambre d'hote, immaculately presented

The building is beautiful, very well maintained. We had room 1 in the red Joy decoration. Comfortable and warm, it overlooks the tree-lined park and has a large bathroom that leads to the other side of the park on the entrance side.

Charming and bucolic

I was a little concerned as this hotel is only 3 stars and I usually stay in 5 star and now and again 4 star.   I will start with the simple statement of "we will be going back".

It is an former home and It is simply charming.  There is a lovely bar area at the front of the hotel where you can sit inside or outside.  At the rear of the hotel is a pool and lounging area which is simply lovely.  

We were only staying one night and ate at the restaurant, which was lovely and also popular with the locals.  They nearly fainted when I asked if they had a vegetarian option ... but they did me a lovely fish dish!  Good wine list and all very reasonably priced.  

Breakfast is a buffet and although nothing special it was more than adequate.     

We had a room at the front of the hotel, which was large and airy - very quiet and you could open the windows.  The only downside was the room we had only had a bath and no shower.  As we only stayed for one night only this wasn't a problem, but we would have struggled with two or more nights.  The bathroom was a good size if a little short  on places to store your bits and bobs.  When we return to the hotel, which we will, we will ask for a room with a shower.

The hotel is a short drive from the centre and directly across from the golf club (which is lovely).  

It is a delightful hotel, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and highly recommended.

Love this hotel

Le Manoir is simply beautiful and the Cecilia and Raphael, hosts are wonderfully friendly and professional. Cecilia speaks a little English and Raphael is quite fluent so even if you speak no French you can be charmed by them both, and charmed we were.

The house is beautifully decorated and our bedroom (creme) was really comfortable and warm with lovely views over the gardens. There's no TV in the rooms so bring a book as it was great to just relax in the room before dinner, or in one of the gorgeous lounges at your disposal.

We had dinner here one night woch was cooked by Cecilia and was gorgeous - home made mushroom tart followed by baked cod in a delicious curry sauce with local veg and new potatoes. Pud was superb panna cotta with berry coulis made with fruit from the garden. The 'house' wines were excellent too.

Breakfast was a big spread of bread, cakes and pastries, with home grown fruits and yoghurt and was really lovely too.

Ther;s no bar in the village at the moment but there is another good restaurant and it's close to lots of pretty villages and the 7 Valleys area and close to Le Touquet and other seaside towns. 

They only have three rooms for guests - it would be an excellent place to go for an intimate dinner and stay with friends. Can't wait to return next Spring or summer.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home

We stayed with friends for two nights and received  very warm welcome from Cecilia. Our bedroom in toile de jouy wallpapers and matching curtains was luxurious and the bathroom impeccable . Breakfast prepared by Cecilia were delicious with home baked bread, pancakes and jams from the garden. We hope to return.

Viit to WW1 Battlefields and to nearby Agincourt

The Manoir was all we expected and more, we were greeted by Cellia and children ,we felt at home right away ,had tea and cake on the terrece overlooking the lovely garden you could see for miles,
We loved the yellow room, water on bedside tables ,tea and coffe maybe some milk.
The bathroom had so many lovely touches,
Breckfast was served in the beautiful dining room  ,All homemade jams cake, yogurt so nicely present and peach tart ,those who expect bacon and eggs this is France !!!!!!
We loved it ,nice old town near by and Le touquet not far, 
Would  love to stay again thank you for a fantastic stay

Fresh secret

Cecilia welcomes you as longtime friends and you are immersed in a magazine setting, but not too much because many personal achievements, with refinement and a lot of taste. Breakfast is a pure treat, like homemade products depending on the season. An address to remember for another occasion or just for fun! Thank you to everyone.

A weekend of dreams

What warmth in the reception, what sweetness in the view... what well-being in me... a special mention for the smiles of Cecilia and her husband, very special for the marbled cake of breakfast... the feisty atmosphere, the lounges where to have fun and groom, and the landscape to discover laid out in the garden, to contemplate from the bedroom.... 1 everything (tràs) little regret: I find Twinnings not very good tea, so it is a little nothing without great importance that I missed....

Just in the 21st century for comfort and hospitality, out of time for the pleasure of being here...

I read the other reviews: everything is true: a charming house, a beautiful garden, very friendly guests, a generous welcome... a very good memory of a dinner around the guest table, with two very friendly couples, with a home-made kitchen.

An address you'd (almost) like to keep to yourself...

Neither words nor pictures could bring justice to the perfection of the Manor. My boyfriend and I stayed there in April, when Jennifer and Helmut were still there. They renovated the residence and decorated it with care and good taste. They did their utmost with little attention, like tea and cakes in the afternoon, appetizers and wine in the early evening, and deliciously served breakfasts with fresh fruits, pastries, cheeses and eggs from the farm. I have no doubt that the new owners follow in Jennifer and Helmut's footsteps and I look forward to returning.
