Dirty, greasy, broken bed, hairs everywhere, rubbish bin from previous customers, etc.
If you don't want to get sick, don't book this 

we checked in and after 20 minutes we checked out. we reported to the reception that the room and the bathroom were dirty, but the reception told us that nothing would be done until the next day and that even if we changed rooms, little would have changed because all the rooms are more or less similar. so we decided to leave this place before we got sick. and fortunately we found a real hotel nearby clean and very nice. we asked for at least 50% refund since we weren't there more than 20 minutes but it was denied. stay away from this place, and someone who has never done a bad review in her life tells you so.

Stay far away from this place

Hotel in a convenient location to visit Paris, very close to the Hotel there is the M11 metro stop while a few minutes walk away there is the Republique metro where you can find various connections with the other lines. The centre of Pompidou is 10 minutes walk away and in the area there are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants as well as various supermarkets.

Commodities at a reasonable price

A small bathroom, an uncomfortable bed, no air conditioning or ventilator available when it's hot. Much noise coming from the street mainly at night. Very expensive for what it offers!! Not recommended.

Booked and cancelled when I found out this hotel does not provide breakfast, they claim they have taken it away due to the ”health crisis” despite covid time is since long over. 
The hotel wrote me they were sorry I cancelled before tasting it (”gouter”) which is odd since there is nothing to taste

We arrived in Paris a day late due to a cancelled flight, but contacted the hotel via phone and email to let them know we would still be coming, to which they responded 'see you later'. However, when we arrived in person, we were told our booking had been cancelled, we hadn't been notified, AND our room had been re-booked by other guests leaving us with nowhere to stay.

The experience was very stressful and staff were rude, they refused to refund us despite them cancelling our booking. Thankfully we booked through hotels.com who came to our rescue. 

Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Awful customer service experience

My daughter had booked this hotel via Hotel.com and had paid the full amount in advance. Unfortunately her flight was cancelled last minute and rearranged for the next day by Easy Jet. 
When she arrived in Paris the next day she called the hotel to apologize and confirm that she would be checking in late to which they said no problem. 
However, when she arrived they said they had cancelled the booking due to her not showing up the day before. 
They were extremely unhelpful and rude, told her they would not honor her booking and refused to give her a refund or agree for them to stay despite them having empty rooms and her £250. This would have left 2 young women stranded in Paris at night without anywhere to sleep!
Eventually after a telephone call from Hotel.com they agreed that they could stay that night but they had no room for the following eve. Hotel.com requested a refund of the unused night which was to be approved by the manager the following day.  Unfortunately the manager was just as rude and refused to give them a refund for anything. 
The customer service this hotel provides is terrible. They cancelled a booking without informing the client, (not the first time this has happened when you look at the other reviews).

Avoid like the plague ! Unhelpful, rude staff , room cancelled with no warning.

Good condition in the subway and in a narrow one-way street. The facade does not make you want to stop. Room level: comfortable bedroom Clean room Shower ok but small sink. On the other hand, not soundproofed... noise at night.

A business trip one night

Hotel Sale, dusty. rooms not cleaned, floor sticking. I had to clean the floor with a bath towel (see photo) unpleasant staff. to avoid. Three nights booked with hotels.com, unable to get refunded

Horrible to Avoid

Hotel located on a rather quiet street close to a subway line, bakery, restaurant. Small ideal short stay room. Welcome 24 hours a day and 24 hours a night.

Well-located room within walking distance of the St Martin Canal

Calling at 00:30 to say that the room would be unavailable because of a water leak, without offering any remedies, such as saying that finding a hotel in the middle of the season at 1:00 a.m. is an impossible task, fortunately I was able to contact a colleague in disaster, to avoid, not seriously,
