We stayed at Acqua Bella for 2 weeks. I had contacted the previous year for consideration of the customers to say that we would arrive on Sunday morning and not on Saturday at the end of the day. I ask the opening hours of the reception on Sunday morning and I am told from 9:00 to 12:00. So we arrive at 9:00 and find a sign closed until 10:30 due to the state of the place. I even thank you for consideration of the customers..... Our apartment was not cleaned, it is the least we can say: we met with dust behind the bungalow barrier on Sunday morning, the beds on the walls of the parking lot, you put a small parking lot on the terrace, you put a small parking lot on the outside of the parking lot, you can't get rid of the car, you can't get rid of the kitchen, you can't get rid of the casseroles in the outside of the hotel, because it was not open, but it was not responsible for the parking lot, so obviously you can't get rid of the parking lot, and you can't get rid of the parking lot.

Very poorly maintained residence

Many green spaces within the residence that are well maintained (even if you would mind the noise of the scrubbing machine...) Very good idea for parking on the outside parking lot which limits the passage of vehicles and is appreciated even if not everyone follows the regulations. Close beach and easily accessible. Nevertheless, several points need to be improved: - housekeeping to be reviewed, bad ambient odor - no fridge unbrushed on our arrival - no curtain or shower door, we had to sponge the bathroom after each shower (trace of moisture present) - figurative utensils in the inn were missing - despite the pleasant surroundings of the residence and the flat we did not come back to because we did not match 3 stars and our apartments

Nice frame but no comfort in the apartment

We spent 15 days with the family in this residence. The accommodation is functional, spacious enough and equipped for our part with a small garden. They are also air conditioned, equipped with a small dishwasher, a microwave grill oven and glassware plates. The TV is available as an option. A laundry room is also available in the residence itself. Every morning, from 8am to 9am during the big holidays, a baker comes to the place with his staff to offer you bread, Finally, croissants, chocolate bread, etc. The immediate environment is very much improved: the beach is located just 100 metres away: one square foot from the apartment, and two square feet from the apartment are available at midnight. There is almost nothing left to do with a small residence in the centre of Porto, but when you come back to the house, there is no room for children to live, and there is no way to get around.

Nice holiday home by the sea.

Too many cars parked on the sidewalks of the residence while the regulations prohibit it, knocking on motor doors that turn early in the morning and late at night, management says nothing and no to any corn authority promises every day that it will do what is necessary, the gate is open day and night.

I'm not usually critical, I admit a lot, but that was too much.

We spent 2 weeks at the Aqua Bella residence that I recommend (Acqua Linda is older). The accommodation was generally pleasant. Some of the apartments are very well located, near the beach and some are relatively spacious. There is no bread grill and hair dryer. The layout has been revised. The sofa is not comfortable at all and not easy to use for 2 people. A convertible would be more suitable. Penser has skates under the noisy chairs. How is the allocation of the apartments? Some are very well located, near the beach and others are less and not the same configuration (an apartment on 2 floors with mezzanine or one floor). 2 Spacious spaces and friendly activities.

Nice and well located residence

2 weeks a acqua bella (more recent than acqua linda). Even complex with so 2 swimming pools (a large nearby reception with 1 pediluve shower and 1 small nearby beach without shower or pediuve (cassée) so questionable hygiene... apartment with double bed in mezzanine and sofa bed gigogne... not very clean at the entrance but doing a cleaning we are at home... apartment for 4 and all in 6 days (plate cover), dishwashing... it is missing for me grill bread and dry hair (which I had brought seeing the critics) as well as cafeteria nespresso... minimum accommodation (child and teenage in day) and water sports (kayak and paddle free). Thibault a very nice guy.

Good condition and good price ratio

We had 15 days in this residence in August, and we had a good vacation the next day, at 11:30am. We were at the reception desk, where there were already a few people in front of us, including a few who were warmly welcomed, when we arrived late at night. As indicated by the person on the phone, a list of travelers was posted and we were able to take possession of our residence which was open. For registration, it had to be done the next day between 11:00am and 12:00am. A very pleasant stay

The location of the accommodation, near the sea, is very good and I highly recommend the restaurant Le Podgio, the staff is very hospitable and we eat very well there. On the other hand, the maintenance as well as reception at the reception are desirable. The apartment was dirty, poorly maintained, the trash can smell particularly bad. The reception staff do the minimum trade union day, do not inform correctly. It is allowed to park near the accommodation when we load/unload the car. Starting at 3am the last morning, we have therefore to avoid parking near our entrance to wake up the entire residence with our suitcases. We had to intercept for 30 minutes on our day of car hire I think there is another way to proceed...

Hygiene and hospitality

The place is quiet, the apartments are pretty nice... direct access to the sea, but then the hygiene... we had a dishwasher and a microwave that gave off a horrible smell... I even tried to clean them both well and badly... I think the whole kitchen hadn't been cleaned in a very long time.

It could be so nice...

Super domain but unfortunately not very well maintained (damaged housing, average household, few staff...) Too bad the site is great and has potential The negative point, the animation team that is nothing, not friendly,...short not fit for this business
