What private rentals found in rental agencies on Sète. Pool and view at the top! The red coast never bore its name as well. The coves are exceptional, they are accessible to children since they are excellent confirmed swimmers! The apartments are maintained, or not according to the owners, and have everything you need to live a good stay. Auchan, Lidl are not far away, all the small shops and markets are next door. The beach at the top is clean, with a beautiful carousel at the end of the road.

The residence in Cape Cornwall is a private residence

This residence is ideal and has a good value for money if you want to have a beautiful view of the sea from the balconies of the apartments, as well as a good location that allows direct access to the Lazaret beach as well as to the Corniche beach. The market, a Carrefour Express and the post office are nearby (five minutes walk), which is very convenient. The swimming pool is well maintained, accommodation is monitored in the afternoon and has quite extensive hours. The environment is quiet, pleasant, with several activities offered such as two wifi pool, tennis table or swimming pool. Finally, there is a family car park with seats reserved for residents, which is very convenient here.

Great view and good location

We stayed in the studio cabin of Mrs. Gods very well situated with a view of the Mediterranean ballad along the corniche of the studio has set a very pleasant foot close to any trade foot

Staying

The beaches are very nice. The residence is quiet and the communes are quite clean. The house we had was very well renovated and very nice. The covered parking is a more pleasant in season. The proximity to the shops is really convenient. Only the bemool, the very great laxity of the agency that deals with the rental.

It's a beautiful view.

The house is quiet, with a beautiful view, a pleasant and silent setting, the interior and exterior of the building are not maintained, the floors are constantly salty, the houses are not maintained, the parking is not easily accessible.

Only the view is beautiful

The residence is very well located and the pool/sea combination is really nice. The pool is quite large, facing the sea and especially very clean. The beach is also nice and the sea water is gorgeous. The negative side comes from the housing that is old and uncomfortable. The clicker is dirty and not good at all for the back. You sleep very badly there. The fridge is tiny. On the service side, it is also medium and rather baked on the day of departure. Finally, the city of Set is very nice and there are very good restaurants.

Beautiful view of the sea

Beautiful pool, wild site but not cut off from civilization, the proximity of the two beaches, the small shops around... we had a real vacation.

The perfect home

We stayed here in apartment 463 which was excellent.  Clean, well equipped, nicely designed and has gorgeous views over The Med sea.  The apartment is also at the quiet end of the complex and is a real credit to its owners.  Will definitely stay again!

FAB PLACE TO STAY

I stayed here for a week in the summer of 2014 in a ground floor studio flat. The location is very nice as it is basically right on the beach and the residence has a nice pool, but those are about the only positive things I can say about this. 
The flat looked absolutely nothing like the promotional material and was sparsely and cheaply furnished. In the flat, we had an option of staying in musty-looking bunkbeds or a very ricketty and uncomfortable sofabed. Upon arrival, we found the flat without the towels and sheets which we had specifically ordered - as we arrived in the evening, there was no one on site to ask. 
However, the absolute worst part of our stay here was when we on our final night could not get in to the flat as the electric shutters didn't work. As ever, the Odalys office on site was long closed, there was no emergency number and the Odalys hotline was not available. In the end, we had no other option than to sleep in our car! Not what we had pictured for our holiday.
All flats are privately owned (but managed by Odalys) and therefore the standard can vary between flats. However, I would absolutely avoid this in the future.
