The last evaluation is three years old, and since then it seems that a lot has been done. The restaurant is very sparingly set up. It's very impersonal and has zero atmosphere. At any rate, it's a Mediterranean seafood restaurant. The food is okay, but it's already irritated me that almost all the meatless dishes offered on the Internet have been streamed locally. The prices are reasonable, only the linen supplement (vegan) seems to pay me well at 11 euros. My conclusion: I'm not going to make it back that fast. PS: Note 4, sufficiently can't be forgiven, but it's the best.

Only the restaurant is rated

On Sunday we were at the restaurant for lunch for the first time on the occasion of my birthday. I was thrilled, everything tasted great, we could still eat outside, wonderful view, very, very nice service, everything top! In any case, I can warmly recommend the restaurant and I think I'll come back too. (I can't write anything about the hotel, because I've never stayed there before, my overall rating relates to the restaurant.)

Hotel review

Very friendly staff. The rooms are relatively large, the bathrooms are new. Very good breakfast. Very good wheel-setters. The mattresses are good but the beds were very crunchy. The road to Ansbach is 2.5 km very far.

Far away in the green

The first impression: Nature takes everything back when nothing is done to counteract it. Perhaps it is also the will of the Hartmann family, who are probably the owners of this wildly romantic place. The reception, including the service at the breakfast buffet as well as the restaurant, is very friendly and welcoming, but always with a certain amount of grief, as the staff in the hotel is aware that the guests cannot be satisfied with everything. Presumably as a result of staff shortages - everyone is responsible for everything - it is only in rare cases that someone is able to reach staff. On the first night we decided to test the restaurant, as the hotel gave such a wildly romantic impression. My wife had ordered aubergines with rice. Rice was oversized - like for 3 people - served, while the aubergines were not even cooked. Otherwise, it tasted ok. I had picked myself asparagus, potatoes and salmon. In the prospectus Ansbacher ESSKapaden there from 18 to 27 May 2018 various asparagus dishes were ordered for the hotel-restaurant Grünwald. The potatoes were only cooked briefly. The asparagus I returned 3 x. It was also found after 3 x to be too bitter for the food and not to be green. It was a relatively white German asparagus from the region of Lausanne. We had unwillingly accepted this restaurant as an alternative to the one nearby in the Ross-Abergnal region.

One attempt was enough

The A6 is always worth the trip. It's a quiet place in a beautiful nature, with nice accommodation, good cuisine and delicious beer, and you can enjoy the AS52 as well as a few guests at the weekend.

Looking forward to the cutting

I was a guest at all the hotels in Ansbach. Everyone was always in need. Most of all, the unkindness was noticed. But I found my only home in the Hotel Grünwald. Always friendly staff, willingness to help and most importantly, a smile on every face.

The Star in the Field

The rooms are spacious (we occupy the 16th floor) and quiet. The bathroom is narrow and clean. The hotel lacks freshness, a shot of paint would be welcome. The price/quality ratio is not good.
