I bought a voucher for a stay in a hotel. Valid for 1 year. Corona made it impossible to redeem a voucher. No overnight stay. 8 days after expiry at Tripz. de requested a cumulative extension, which I had to report to the customer service shortly after the voucher expired, was rejected. Tripz. de kept my money without delivering any services, so never again....

Never again trip.

Apartment with a minimum of equipment in a building that deserves a renovation. The advantages: close to two metro stations (Kaiserdamm and Theodor-Heuss-Platz), shops, restaurants, ICC Convention Centre at 5 min., cheap (Berlin is already a cheap capital). The disadvantages: additional wifi, heavy road traffic, disruptive night lighting, public parking only (if you are lucky).

Good location, very good price, average comfort

Clean and spacious, with a small kitchen, balcony and super traffic connection. Check-in via automated went smoothly - I didn't need a reception. There is probably also a breakfast option but I can recommend the bakery a few meters down the street (complete small breakfast from 3.90)! Metro line 7 is only a few minutes away and you can get to the centre in a short time, the shopping districts of Wilmersdorf, various restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. If you don't need luxury overnight and want to stay in the centre, this is the solution!

Price and location top

Extremely noisy from continuous  car traffic all night from street outside.No air conditioning in 30 degree temperatures. Avoid this place. It's a pity because the rooms are specious and the facilities are adequate

W/end stay

Positive: 
Nice and clean bathroom. 
Big and bright room.

Negative: 
Dirty hallway and dirt in the corner. We didn't get our room cleaned during our stay.
Dirty blankets with stains on it.  
The bedroom was located directly to a very trafficated street, so you would expect windows with better noise cancellation. Unfortunately this was not the case.  
Breakfast was included in our stay, but we had to go to another hotel across the street to consume it.
No service.

Could be better

Rooms are big and clean. Best location. The price is unbeatable. Big kitchen, small bathroom. Just right for a city trip. We're back. We were happy. Berlin is just a great city. Best transportation and shopping. Good for families too.

Price performance high

Every time I've visited, I've been satisfied with this apartment building. Friendly staff, clean and purpose-built large apartments, unbeatable price-performance. Located in the heart of the city, a few minutes to the fair or the center of the West. In the evening there's something in the immediate vicinity for everyone, whether cabaret or a variety of restaurants. I'll continue to use this fine offer.

Recommended not only for business travellers

I was on a business trip to Berlin, and the prices at the fair were incredibly high. That's why I was paying attention to this variant. What was waiting for me: a somewhat ruined block with many small apartments that have been converted into city apartments. The equipment is fine, there is even a safe. However, here too everything is a little old and well-settled. Personally, I didn't care, the apartment was clean and tidy and the price at 68€ in a convenient location to the fair is the closest.

Price/performance is correct

Actually we are pleasant to stay at the hotel!  But herewith some suggestions for the hotel :
 
1) Found the beds & pillows are too soft that will make people not sleeping so well 
2) Suggest to add one more LACE curtains in front of the blackout curtains, therefore, it can avoid the sunshine in the daytime
3) The light at room is not bright enough even switched on all the lights at room!  
4) Think hair dryer should be needed per room

Valuable hotel

The rooms are modestly decorated, but very spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathroom are huge! A real apartment! The area is residential and very quiet with excellent access to the subway/metro. This area is surrounded by supermarkets and very accessible restaurants. It is a very recommended hotel, with excellent rates to take care of your pocket and enjoy Berlin! The breakfast is excellent! The only place is that there is no elevator, there is no receptionist or receptionist open on Sundays, so it is difficult to get to that hotel.
