This is a hotel appartement, located in residential area near S bahn (700m). 25min of travel to the Branderburg Tor.
The hotel is clean, and confortable, people very welcoming.
The downside is that everything is old and looks a bit weird. There is kitch furniture and old arrangement every arround with TV set dating probably from DDR era.
Mixed feelings, rather not recommended for young people, but it depends on likes

Not the Tuscany

A delightful and well-maintained property from 1882 in Tuscan style in the middle of a residential area. No parking problems. Just 10 minutes walk along the tree-lined railway to the S-Bahn station. Friendly service, all very clean and sufficient breakfast. Price-performance ratio fits.

It's good to be back.

On the outside, the Villa Toscana makes a great impression. However, when we enter the premises, this impression disappears quickly. It smells latent like a dog, which may be two medium-sized dogs. The room we bought on the third floor has long since gone through its best days. The carpet is stained and run through. The refrigerator in the room gives off an unpleasant smell, so we didn't want to stay there. The bathroom is small. People with no more body fat are probably there. After taking a place in the bathroom, the cosmetics box is empty immediately and the toilet paper is also used up just as well. You have to think three times about whether you want to go to the bathroom at night. It could be a great investment, but it could be overnight.

More appearance than being

If you read the reviews from the past few years, you see another deterioration... the wallpaper is loosening from the wall, the shower obviously needs a professional cleaning, etc. We were only here for one night, the windows have sufficiently dampened the noise of the street... Then came the morning and we were already looking forward to breakfast. The joy was brief, because everything seemed rationed, orange juice came along with the coffee, without the possibility of refilling.

Very defective

It is a old-world Italian style hotel. There is a main building and then a couple of outer buildings, all on the same street. The buildings are old and not very clean inside. It is dingy. The bathrooms are small and drains are clogged. I was there for 4 nights and they only changed my towels once! There is no air con and it was hot in my room. Breakfast is very simple and not adequate. I would not stay here again.

Looks Fancy, But Not Very Nice

The interior is very special: it's sticky wherever you look. The wallpapers have been hanging there for 20 years and they all loose on the edges, so you try to secure the wallpapers with a thank you. The furniture, such as the night tables, now has only a fraction of the color they once decorated. The small tea kitchen doesn't really invite you to use it, because you're immune to dirt. The unassuming billing room has a ventilator, but it's flawed. The shower head is not very noticeable. Two towels to clean the dishes are not really available, because you're immune to dirt.

The good times are over!

I slept one night at the hotel in November 2013. Benefits: - free parking in front of the house - friendly junior boss - sticky on the ceilings and walls - love of detail - rubber bears on the pillow Critical points: - dirty (calc in the whole bathroom and badly cleaned shower with strangers' hair on the wall, stains on the seats, spotty armrests, soft smell throughout the house, old carpet in the room with clearly visible use tracks, etc.) - heating is put down on the kettle during the day, so you can only use the heating at very high speeds when the kettle is running again for twelve minutes - unfriendly and generated treatment by the steering wheel - not lying on the floor (10 feet, spotty armrests, soft smell all over the house, old carpet in the room with clearly visible use tracks, etc.) - the heating can be used very well when the kettle is running, so you can only use the heating when the kettle is running for twelve minutes - unfriendly and unfriendly treatment by the steering wheels -

Villa Toscana is a nice hotel outside central Berlin. It is near the central train station. For 2 people and a dog we paid 89 euros per night. We found this price to be great for 1 night. The breakfast was very nice, private parking, which saved us from having to find a place to park in the center of the city. The rooms are cozy and romantic, very clean. The owners are an elderly couple, also very nice. Around there are many restaurants (Swiss, international cuisine, Mexican and Asian cuisine), only 10 minutes walk to them.

Clean and nice hotel near S bahn

The Hotel villa Toscana is a nice hotel outside Berlin. It is near the banhof.  We payed for 2 persons and 1 dog for 1 night including breakfast €89. We thought it was an excellent price for a one night stay and a nice and warm breakfast with own parking and without running around inside Berlin downtown. The rooms are cozy and romantic, extremely clean.  The owners are two old people also so nice and warm. Around the neighborhood there are nice restaurants( suiss, international food, Mexican, Asian) so if you want to walk they are not more than 10 min away.

The Villa Toscana Hotel is a good hotel on the outskirts of Berlin. It is close to the S-Bahnhof station. We pay 89 € for two people and a dog for a night, including breakfast. We found it to be an excellent price for a one-night stay and a pleasant and cozy breakfast, with private parking and without having to roam within the center of Berlin. The rooms are comfortable and romantic, extremely clean. The owners are good old also very pleasant and cozy. Throughout the neighborhood, there are two restaurants (sweat, international food, Mexican, Asian), so if you want to walk, it's no more than ten minutes away.
