We stayed in this little hotel for our trip to Sweden. We arrived in the evening and the staff welcomed us friendly. The Room was in a good size and very clean but unfortunately I have to say the beds were really really hard. I would say with new matresses this hotel would be a very comfy hotel. The Breakfast is simple but u get what u want. They even noticed which kind of tea we want the next morning. For the price and the free parking its a good stay. 

Good Stay but hard sleep

Nice little hotel situated in the small town of Jübek a few kilometers from the motorway. Clean, pleasant rooms, good breakfast and free parking make it a good overnight stop if you are traveling to or from Denmark or exploring North Germany. Pretty location and very quiet (i.e. it’s a sleepy little town with very little happening after dark) with no manned reception at night. You can pick your keys up from the key box and let yourself in if you arrive after about 22.00. Good value for money.

Quiet hotel, off the beaten track

Moin, moin... here we are again! For the second time we celebrated New Year's Eve at the Hotel Goos - and it was great again!!! The transition to the New Year was very nice, very appealing ambience, nice guests, good music, very delicious Buffett - just great: we had a holiday apartment outside the hotel - just a few steps, well furnished with everything you need. The service at the hotel and at the table was top class, special requests were taken into account, I am a diabetic and have several allergies, so I got a menu of the kitchen, on which the food I could eat was yellow-painted by Buffett.

The rooms are very old-fashioned and well occupied. The bathroom is much more. Our bathroom was so aged that it was a mess for me. The closet was so neat that we had to live off the suitcase. The best thing in the room was the bed. That was good. Since the hotel is primarily occupied by bus travelers, there was a one-time dinner. The food comes from the 70s. Vegetables are only frozen and ready-to-eat. And a lot of pork. Unfortunately, there are no alternatives available.

Very simple house

I was also in the Norway Returning Team.-) And I have to say that I was very happy to stay in such a hotel. Even before that, we were traveling with 7 people in a relatively short time. Okay, we booked online a day before.-) The rooms and bathroom are very nice and very clean. The bed class, so you'd like to stay a little longer. The delicious dinner was served by very friendly staff, as before our Ancomb beer  on the terrace. The breakfast buffet is very rich and good, so there's something for everyone.

Intermediate stop

On our return trip from this year's tour of Norway, we briefly searched for accommodation for seven people and also found accommodation at the Hotel Goos. The staff are very friendly and attentive. For our motorcycles, we were unsolicitedly offered an accommodation in the garage - which is very highlighted! The rooms are large and clean. Dinner at the restaurant is very tasty. I highly recommend the hotel.

We visited the hotel for one night on the way. The rooms were old-fashioned but clean and very well maintained. For breakfast, an extra table was reserved and fresh coffee was on the square. On request, we were also given two fresh mirror dishes. The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. An example of this is: the next morning, an elderly couple had forgotten in the hotel, long before the bus was gone for 10 minutes. The staff drove the couple to the bus that was waiting in a resting place, behind them. The restaurant is also recommended directly. There were 3-4 vegetarian dishes. Two of these dishes were tested positively. There were delicious very large portions back. The hotel so reminded us that we booked it on the way back.

A friendly hotel.

Nice, family-run hotel and restaurant in the beautiful Schleswig-Holstein. Close to the interesting city of Schleswig and the old historic settlement of Haithabu.

Comfortable and Family

Family-run hotel, nice and green, spacious and clean rooms with old-fashioned furnishings, German-style restaurant and breakfast, good and satisfying, friendly staff, a great place to hang out if you're on a road trip to the Nordic countries like us.
